She always looks miserable, this is just the first time it came my way. Didn't smile a single time, didn't greet me, I say thank you and get no response, and as I'm walking away pretty quietly I say " Welp, have a great day." And as I'm a little further she says "It's okay, we'll put it back" (which is literally your job). Referring to my basket that the cashier usually takes with a smile. Her cashier # is 111 and was at the first register. I'll forget about this in 5 minutes, I don't dwell on irrelevant people, I was nice enough to walk away, but those kind of actions will ruin someone else's day and/or keep them from going back. I love supporting local businesses and I'd hate to see people avoid a shopping experience because of ONE miserable employee.

First thing to mention here is that the parking lot is atrocious. It is hard to navigate, especially if you do not frequent shopping here. I didn't understand the layout and feel like the whole thing can be reworked to better fit more vehicles in it. However, if you do not want to fight for a spot in the lot you can park on the street. There are not many spots, but it would make a quick stop here much less of a headache. Inside, it feels cramped. Like there is a lot of stuff here, but it also feels like it is missing something. I didn't do too much shopping here, I really only came in to pick over the gift cards. That is when I finally found them. I have been accustomed to the stores that has all their gift cards on an endcap. But not this location. You have to be very aware of your surroundings here, because all of their gift cards are scattered about the store, but most notably they have small wire racks near the front. With that, this location doesn't offer all that great of a selection of gift cards.

I had explained to the lady pharmacy clerk that I shouldn't be billed no more than $4.00 for each of my prescription except for 1 prescription. If she had not tried to resubmit my prescriptions I would not have been able to pay for the prescriptions and would have to go without them. Everett is not a very big place to begin with and to build this here might have been a bit of overkill. Don't let what I just said make you think that this place is huge in any part, actually quite the opposite. It is a condensed super center. Maybe that's the best way to describe this place. They were attempting to give you this false sense that this place is big and will have everything you can imagine. Well if that is what you are thinking all I can say is take a trip here and see if you can get everything on your shopping list. All the aisles are narrow and shorter than all other super centers you will come across. You will have to either wait to make it through an aisle or walk forever until you find one that you can go down. As for the merchandise, you will find the most popular items on the shelf, but not the one you want. I couldn't find a single item that I was looking for, but I found a lot of the Walmart branded items for those items. Only good side, self checkouts.
