Just last month I got some boneless strip steaks for only $8.99 a pound so I got several packages. I did the whole meal for my younger son's birthday and everybody was so impressed with the steaks! So definitely check it out because there's got to be a reason I've been going there for 16 years. The people who work there are as nice as can be in the entire experience is just wonderful.

They had three different brands of what I was looking for the only issue was that two of the three items were out of date, on the shelf. When I advised them they stated they would pull them from the shelf but because one of the items was from March of 24 and it is now August of 24 I just was not impressed. This is a store that caters to the vacationing public coming to area lakes and campgrounds and it gives me concern that these people are getting taken advantage of. Also if this is a practice of theirs they are well known for meat. Think about that for a minute and buyer beware.

I love how fresh their produce is, but there is a small selection. The rest of the store is hit or miss depending on when you come, are their any good discounts, etc. The staff is very friendly and most things are easy to find. The store is always clean, but when you walk in, you know right away that it is a discount chain.

I will say that their plants and pumpkins during those times of the years are a bit overpriced but their mum's in the fall are really pretty. Savings galore and quality products. Yessiree bob, this place is right up my alley. I have been driving 20 minutes to another location for years. When I heard they were opening this location, I just about pissed myself. I was more excited than a kid on Christmas. Located on Main Street near a major intersection, this location is super convenient and easily accessible. This has to be the largest Aldi I have been in. It is absolutely huge. It has a gorgeous product department and the layout is fantastic. Some of my favorite staff from Streetsboro are at this location too! Yay! Parking is kinda tight, but that's ok. I'll take it!

I stepped outside and that area appears to be closed basically cause I didn't see any products really out there with the exception of one employee sitting there on his phone. I went to use the ladies restroom and the stall I happen to walk into was absolutely disgusting somebody was seriously rude in that bathroom. So I went over to Customer Service to let them know and I stood there for 10 minutes while two employees had interaction and talking and even after they were done talking The employee behind the counter who was actually working did not address me or say, can I help you or anything. The Employee, who is obviously on break on my side of the counter, looked at me like oh my God she isn't addressing you were helping you my thoughts exactly I thought we conveyed that with our eye contact. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but apparently there wasn't one available only a service coordinator. When I spoke to him about Xavier W sitting on his phone instead of working and they're paying for that and I told him about the bathroom he seemed completely not bothered by it and just went on with his regular tasks. Some heads need to spin at the store so they can have better customer service. The prices are actually quite high here and when that goes along with poor Customer Service, I see no reason to really ever come back to the store again. I want to add I ran into Danielle P and the ladies department because I needed some questions answered regarding clothing and dressing, rooms, etc. she was amazing. Super kind and friendly. I was shocked, however, to find out that they sell all these clothes and no dressing room.

However, the last few visits they have been very unfriendly and behaved as if my shopping there was a burden. Well, guess what? I won't be burdening them with my business again. If service is not an issue for you, the store carries a number of harder to find health food items but the prices are quite high for some of them. You can find many of the same products at Krieger's, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's for less. Often items on the shelf are out of date. They sell a good selection of bulk spices and staple items. The produce is from local farms and they have some nice selections depending on time of year.
