You're a butcher, helping customers understand the products is literally part of the job. When I asked about ribs and how many I wanted, his response was, "Well, that's going to be $300," delivered with a sarcastic attitude that made us feel unwelcome. Throughout the entire interaction, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by asking questions. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the rude treatment completely ruined what should have been a straightforward shopping experience. I won't be returning and would not recommend this business to anyone expecting basic courtesy and professionalism.
