I understand they were busy, but they lost my future business due to 1) incorrect information and not evening checking in coverage 2) ignoring me and taking other customers 3) lack of compassion. This is new and scary, I am not a number and this is a medical supply store. Kindness would of been nice and I felt like I was a nuisance to them. I am all for small business and this is way out of the way for me. Two years ago, they were helpful in working with me to help a relative. I'm not sure what has changed but they need some sensitivity training.

Worst pharmacy in town, in my opinion. My mom was getting…read moreher prescriptions from here. I asked that I be able to pick up her meds, rather than wait around all day for a delivery. When I did go pick up her meds, the staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I'd come to get the meds rather than have them delivered. 2 months ago, they sent her a text that they had planned to deliver her meds that day (not sure why they ignored my request to pick them up) but had only discovered that day that she needed refills, so her delivery would be delayed for 5 days. No apology, no offer of emergency meds to cover her, I guess she was just supposed to keep her blood pressure down with the power of her mind. Last month, again they ignored my request to not have her meds delivered and sent her a text that the delivery was on its way. No one showed up. She called the next day to ask where her meds were and they said they would be delivered the following week. Again, no apology, no emergency meds. I'd had enough and went to another pharmacy to transfer her prescriptions. The new pharmacy called me and said that Akron Health Mart Pharmacy had actually refused to allow the transfer until I called to tell them why. So, I did. She's now with the new pharmacy and we are so glad to be done with these folks. Please, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

I've visited Acme a few times recently. This is a nice grocery store. There are a lot of grocery…read morestores to choose from in the area, such as Aldi, Buehler's, Giant Eagle, Marc's, Mustard Seed, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, and Sam's Club. Acme is a happy-medium grocery store. Most of the items cost more than at Wal-Mart, but they have a better selection of groceries. For example, they have bins of spices, dry goods, and candy that you can purchase in bulk. Wal-Mart doesn't offer that. I looked around to see if they offered items or prices that would get me to switch grocery stores, but I didn't see anything compelling. Since Buehler's and Aldi are next to my house, those are my two back-up grocers when I don't have time to visit Walmart. Quality and price are the driving factors that matter to me when shopping for groceries. I do recommend this store if you live nearby.

I got a c pap machine from them, it was recalled they gave a new one. Yet they still send the water tank tubing and filter for the old machine which baffles me anyway because when I had the machine they rarely sent the supplies needed, i usually bought my own off ebay. They won't fix their machines when they brake. Honestlty if you need a medical company that worries about taking care of their patients I recommend healthcare solutions.
