I grabbed them and headed home. I ordered a steak sandwich with extra meat, mushrooms, cheese, and peppers. The sandwich was hot and delicious. The mushrooms were fresh, not canned and that makes a big difference to me because I love mushrooms. The steak had a great flavor and I noticed the extra amount that they added per my request. The cheese and peppers were also great. This was a very good sub - definitely one of the better Philly subs I've had. My wife really liked her chicken Philly and my son made his turkey club disappear. Excellent service, excellent subs. We'll be back. This is good stuff.

I would certainly recommend never ordering via the app. The food is never ready when it is supposed to be. There are typically only two people working, so if there are a handful of people in the store, the online orders fall way behind. I was just told that my order would be at least 10 minutes late because they just took bread out of the oven. I wasn't told very nicely either. Lol. The guy just kind of shouted out across the restaurant without even making eye contact. I guess I should have waited before I tipped so well. Lesson learned! I'm going to go run an errand, come back, and pick up my last sub from this place for quite a while. Improvements are vastly needed here!

We are having a fundraiser in June to help with costs associated with his care and time off work. Ask them to donate a 50.00 gift card. Their representative told me we had to be associated with a non-profit organization. He said they weren't in business to give money away. They had to be able to deduct it at tax time. I suspect this policy makes sure they don't have to contribute to any individual causes that the surrounding community may have. I regret supporting this heartless company for all these years.

I did like it slightly more than the Giant Eagle nearby, but the staff here seemed depressed. Baked goods was better than Giant Eagle. I drove to Jimmy John's, parked, walked in, and my sandwiches were sitting on the shelf with my name on the receipt. I picked them up and walked out without having to talk to anyone. When I arrived home, the sandwiches were delicious, as always. All five disappeared rather quickly. Surprisingly, this is one meal that my entire family can eat and nobody really complains about. I wouldn't want to work there with that manager's negative attitude. The story in a nutshell: 1. Came in for a few grocery items. 2. looking for good deals. At the start, the parking lot is cringe and was not thought all the way through before finishing. The east side faces an ugly fence and is hard to maneuver around. The front of the store has a skinny lane to drive through and just on the other side of that are rows of vehicles. Dangerous. Easy to get hit the way it is set up. Second strike was coming up on the sidewalk. These wheeled carts full of potted plants were blocking the path. Had to go around them. Got inside slowly opening door and immediately dufus woman with a shopping cart is standing there reviewing what looks like a shopping list; blocking the path in this narrow entry antichamber. I stood up for myself and found the manager, "Daniel". He was apologetic enough at first. I said, "yeah, I saw that it was for another item but I assumed something else was just stocked there and this was put there in its place because there were a whole bunch of them there. It's not like some jerk just discarded his unwanted merch there. This was stocked by an employee. So, that's on YOU... the store! He disagreed and told me I was "welcome to return it." So I tried... Person at the desk was having trouble and ran off to get the same guy who told me to just go to the service desk to return (if I did not like it). I had enough. I just left with the item that I overpayed for and vowed I would not be back. All I got was an, "oh, ok." OH, OK??? Really a-hole? That's the kind of customer service that is closing up store left and right these days. people remember that and some... like me do not forget. We carry that for a long, LOOOOONG time.
