I wasn't sure what some of the brand names were, but they were marked at a decent price. Even though I didn't need the items that I picked up, I did end up getting a few. Basically items that I knew were something I would end up eating and they were priced at $1 or below. I ended up coming out of there with two bags of items that I didn't necessarily need. But it doesn't hurt to look, how else would I have known what was inside?

No bread inside, and had to be tossed. That's the bad. I am not sure what this was prior to it being a Dollar General, but I am fairly sure it had to of been some type of grocery store. If it was indeed that they do not do much to update this place as it looks very rundown and not taken care of in the least. Finding my item and paying was the least of my worries here. I found what I needed, had a minimal wait at the registers, and was on my way. What I did not like was the fact that I felt like I was being watched the whole time I was here. Like I was being evaluated to see if I was worth robbing. I should have parked on the street, but I choose the small parking lot next to the building. All told, this is an excellent establishment for a low key outing while you're visiting Ligonier. The hours are extensive, so it fills just about any breakfast/lunch/snack type need. This is located right off Route 219, when going north and you exit at Davidsville you are basically right in front of this after you exit. Great location for all travelers. They offer fuel for everyday vehicles and fuel for the many trucks that pass through the area. Inside is a mix or ideas that all somehow work together. The store itself offers many different services. There is fresh made food and deli items available at the counter. There is also ready made food in coolers to grab to ebb your hunger. The offer an array of convenience items to grab and go. Also offered is a limited variety of groceries. You can make this a one stop shop if you want. Grab your milk, eggs, bread, frozen items, seasonings, meats, snacks, condiments, etc. They also offer beer, so if that is your need, you can get it here. I have visited this market COUNTLESS times over the past two years. It is by far my favorite…read morefarmer's market around. There are TONS of vendors here each Saturday. Ranging from flowers for bouquets, flowers/plants for your garden, handmade gifts including blankets, candles, glasses, clothes, signs- you name it, and everything a foodie could ever want. They have tons of vendors selling to-go or dine-here food items like breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, gyros, donuts, coffee, etc. And then there's the grocery food items... I could go on and on, but in summary you are sure to find plenty of homemade bread, fresh fruit and vegetables (including some you may never heard of before), local cheese, pasture-raised meat and eggs, and sweet treats to take home.
