He came to my house the next day to look at and measure the roof for the quote, which he provided a day later. I had already received a few quotes. His quote was competitive, and he struck me as a trustworthy person; his explanation of what his crew would need to do and how they would do it fell in line with my expectations based on my roofing experience. When his crew showed up, they were ready to work. They worked fast and efficiently, while paying attention to the smallest details. They had the entire job done in one day. The roof looks great. The cleanup was amazing. The concern for my flowerbeds, windows, deck and balcony was obvious. When they left at the end of the day, there were no signs that they had even been there - except for a great looking new roof. I highly recommend Bing's Construction for your roofing needs. Hell, I would consider them for other projects on my house if I weren't such a DIY-er.

During pre work discussion with Future Construction Manager we the customer were told four or more roofers would perform the work and it would take a 8 hour day to complete. The contractor quoted $2500.00. We the customer had two roofers (who hardly could speak English) work for two and a half hours and they never replaced a shingle. My wife called Future Construction and was told to repair shingles more than on shingle would need to be replaced. So no shingles were replaced. Future Construction decreased the cost by $200. Thus we the customers paid two roofers approximately $400/hour. It should have been reduced by more than $200. We were in the middle of a sale and did not have time to fight with Future Construction. They took advantage of the situation. We had Future Construction do other work and we were happy in the past but this time we got ripped off.

I highly recommend this family-run business for any concrete work you might need. We have a very…read morelong driveway that had some sections needing repair after years and heavy equipment on it, also a corner of driveway right along the house had settled and when it rained water would flow in along the foundation. After removing the damaged sections it turns out a drainage pipe had been crushed under the driveway and water had eroded beneath the garage requiring more extensive work and repair. They were fantastic, very flexible with their original estimate and helped us decide on adjusting the scope of the job to accommodate the additional work needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable also. They did a beautiful job, the concrete pour was great and they graded everything so that water now drains beautifully where we want it to go and away from the foundation. The entire crew was extremely friendly and conscientious, and they took great care to cover surrounding walls, foundation, etc with plastic so nothing got spattered during the pour. They also cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards, right down to replacing sod along the driveway and landscaping fabric and rocks in a garden area. They also did extensive concrete work for my in-laws who were equally pleased with their work. Highly recommend!
