His office refused to allow myself and my father to meet with Ernest without my mother who has not been involved in our process to select an attorney. Ernest's office follows a rigid, client un-friendly protocol and force you to follow their process or not meet with him. So much for the free consultation if they won't let you schedule it! Ernest may be an excellent attorney, but we'll never know as his office suggested we find a different attorney to work with. Given how difficult his office is, we'll gladly take our business elsewhere.
