I went in for microblade brow services and unfortunately the result was uneven. The appointment…read moretook place in a shared room where another client was receiving a facial, so the room was dark. A lamp was used for the microblading, and after the service when I got home I noticed asymmetry in my brows. When I brought this up, I was told the correction would require an additional follow-up fee for this semipermanent eyebrow work that I had already paid for. It's not like it will grow back they are shaped unevenly with semi permanent color. Which During the conversation, it was also stated that I had raised this issue before, which was not true. I clarified that this was my first time bringing up this concern and even sent dated photos of her previous work to show that the unevenness was specific to the most recent service only. Despite that, the situation continued to be framed as a recurring issue rather than addressing the current result. I was disappointed because I had good experiences previously and trusted her work. Ultimately, I chose not to proceed further and will be having the issue corrected elsewhere. I'm sharing this for transparency so others are aware of how lighting conditions, corrections, and communication are handled. So this doesn't happen to you too. It's honestly disappointing that I had to experience this. Especially when a business is trying to charge to fix a service that had already been paid for.

Glad I did! My brows are gorgeous ! I can't stop staring at them . One thing that I didn't see in any review was the price . If you are a student like me and like to see prices before hand ( because we always broke lol) here it goes . So for first time customers , I was told it was $65. Once you become a returning customer , the varies from $45-50. I didn't know the prices prior to the appointment . I found out after I got them done . Good thing I had just gotten paid or else I would of looked like a fool with no money lol . In all honesty , yes it was a bit expensive for me . I am use to the $7 places but let's face it , that's why I went to her ! Because those places messed up my brows . I'll have to save money for my brows !

I was recommended to visit Ever After Enchantress to inquire about micro needling. My sister went first, so I tagged along to see if it was something I was interested in doing. Tatti was very welcoming & very discreet. I wasn't able to see the procedure done on my sister, but she was satisfied. She sent me pix of her progress, and asked if I wanted that for my bday, so of course, I said yes. I went in a few weeks later, & again, Tatti was great. I think it's just her personality that gives you that comfort that she knows her stuff. She numbed my face as she explained the procedure to me. Once my face felt numbed I lied down and she went to town. I closed my eyes and allowed her to micro needle my face. I'm not gonna lie, at first you're like HOLY HELL!!!! I honestly can say, that it's the nerves that get the best of you, because she has a very light hand and controls the machine well enough not to feel a thing. When we were done, she handed me a mirror, and I looked like I got dragged out of a a brunch bar and into the streets, because my face was red. She then proceeded to explain the after care, & provided me with serum, & face cream to use on a daily basis. She also told me I can get most of the stuff through Amazon, which was great. One important thing was not to go out into the sun for a while, which I didn't do. We communicated for the next couple of weeks, as I sent her pix of my progress. I thought I was annoying her, but she welcomed them every time. I'm going on a year, I had my micro needling done, and I have to say 90% of my crows feet, and number 11 are gone. I definitely need to go back soon for a touch up before the summer hits. Micro-needling was the best decision I've made and I wouldn't consider any other form for rejunification.

To start, just by looking at how Natalie presents, styles and cares for herself would make anyone drawn to just about any service she would offer. In this case she is blessing the brows of the grater Los Angeles area. My brows and general attitude greatly benefited from this treatment. I no longer feel the need to put a full face of make up on just to fill in my brows. I feel more confident and I am doing less in my daily routine. The shape and color are exactly what I wanted (without even knowing what i wanted because I went in with very little knowledge about the ins and outs) and it fits my face and tone perfectly). I'd do it a million times over. Natalie is gentle and informative. Her hands are steady and she is so detail oriented. Not to mention spending the time with her was also enjoyable and valuable, as she is a lovely human being. I 1000% recommend Brow Bliss to everyone interested in any and all services offered because that is literally what you will have in doing so!

In reality, she simply drew a line on my face with a pencil. I never gave final approval for the permanent outcome, which ended up looking nothing like the pencil sketch. I have had my eyebrows tattooed twice before in different states; those healed perfectly without any need for a retouch and lasted for years. I know how my skin reacts to pigment, and the results from this business were simply not up to standard. The Healing Process:I was originally told to wait five days. I was patient and gave it even longer than that, but the results never appeared.Unprofessional Threats & Harassment:After I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner became extremely defensive. She has since sent me private messages--even after I blocked her on Instagram--threatening to 'blackball' me in the industry and accusing me of being a 'scammer.'I am not a scammer. I paid for this service in full and even provided a tip. A customer asking for a resolution when a service fails is not a scam; however, a business owner threatening a client for posting a honest review is a serious concern. I am sharing this so others are aware of how this business treats clients when things don't go perfectly. I am adding further details to warn others based on the owner's dishonest response.Lack of Experience:The owner is a brand new artist (her own posted certificates show completion as recently as January 2025). My previous artists in other states were experienced enough to work without the tedious 'mapping' process she insists was an 'approval.' They simply did the work, and it lasted for years. This confirms the issue isn't my skin--it's her lack of experience and technique. The 'No Guarantee' Trap:She uses a disclosure form stating she 'cannot guarantee results' to shield herself from accountability when her work doesn't take. If other professionals in this industry successfully tattooed my brows twice before with no issues, the common denominator in this failure is her, not me.Unprofessional Threats:Instead of acknowledging that a newer artist might have issues with pigment retention, she chose to harass me privately and threaten my reputation after I blocked her. I paid in full and tipped. A customer is not a 'scammer' for expecting a service to actually work. I strongly advise looking for an experienced artist who stands by their work rather than someone who threatens their clients.
