I originally called in July for help with my moped, and they told me they could fix it, however, they were busy and would call me back in 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks passed, no call, so I called them back. They said again they were busy, so to try again in August. Since there weren't other options, I waited. I tried again, and they put me on a "waitlist" with "2" customers ahead of me. Now it is the end of September, I called to see about my spot, and there was never any waitlist. They told me now they don't handle Vespa Mopeds, and to take it to Tulsa because they don't have recommendations on where to bring it. I asked why they didn't tell me this back in July, and they said "I don't know." BRING YOUR BIKE SOMEPLACE ELSE!
