With SFO's long term parking being so expensive anyway, I figured the price of a car would be about the same price (SFO's rate is $18/day). Alex got to my place in Redwood City early, even though my requested leave time was the ungodly time of 4:30 am. He helped me get my luggage in and out of the car and we had pleasant conversation on the way to the airport. Booking the ride was a little confusing, the online form said I would need to call someone for an exact price and it didn't recognize the Yelp coupon code. I didn't have the time to call someone, so decided to wing it since I was booking for a business trip that was right around the corner. I left in the comments area that I wanted the Yelp coupon applied, and when I got my email quote back, it had been applied : ) Once I got the email with the quote, I noticed it said I had 24 hrs prior to my ride to cancel if I didn't like the quote. So although there was the option to cancel if needed, I still would've preferred the quote upfront/online. But in retrospect, none of that matters too much as the service was great and reliable, even in the wee hours of the morning! P.S. Alex, you should default the gratuity percentage to 20%, or at least give people the option to do more than 15%- you deserve it!

He even reminded me that he did not receive any tip from Chauffeur Adamo despite the 20% driver gratuity included in the fare. I cancelled the entirely of the reservation and a wonderful friend rescued me at the airport at the last minute because I had no way to get home late at night. I will never use this company again. I am very sorry to their wonderful drivers who will suffer the consequences of losing clients. This was truly among the top 10 worst email customer service experiences in my life.
