A guy from Crown Paint & Body Shop Wrecker Service illegally towed my husband's car and then charged him $255.00 over the flat city towing fee of $145.50. He ended up charging my husband twice that amount and extra for storage and impound fee. The total cost ended up being $564.00 on top of an already unfortunate event. I appreciate Lisa from Son's Wrecker Service for sending Oscar to pick up my husband's car and being fair with the towing price. As I was leaving he quickly stepped out to greet someone...I guess his next appointment that he was "hinting" to when he asked me the time. Unbelievable. My husband and I both have Fidelity accounts with stock and 401k. This visit felt like the biggest waste of time.

As it happened, this was optimal because its what got me in contact with Collin. From the onset Triumph lending and Collin had better customer service and better rates that anyone else I spoke with (at least five others). I know that in all instances it is simply impossible, but I don't think I heard the word "no" in any communication that we had. I felt hesitant at first doing this level of business solely by phone and online, but the expertise that Collin has made everything so simple. If everyone's experience with Collin is at least half of what mine was, then Triumph Lending will become a household name.
