It's one of the best boarding schools to grow up in, hands down!! The faculty were amazing. They were like family and they took care of us like they really cared. The campus is beautiful. Sure, it's far from civilization(45 min from Baltimore) but it was the warmest place on earth to me(other than home)!! Who would have thought a highschool could feel so safe. I swear not having guys around every single day made teenage life much easier and toned down teen drama I saw at other schools by lots!! If I had a daughter, I would send her here in a heart beat. My children are challenged academically and they are nurtured spiritually. I am impressed with the strong moral foundation and the values instilled in each class, from the Pre-K through the 8th-grade, and I love that the focus on S.T.E.M. and technology development does not come at the expense of a classical liberal arts education. My kids develop strong reading and writing skills and participate in an arts program that is head and shoulders above what the public schools offer. We are not a wealthy family, but thanks to generous financial aid we are able to give our children this experience. Highly recommend!

If had it to do over again definitely not ok for middle school. One middle school teacher never graded work and when asked handed me a folder of four papers nothing graded. They let in many kids with issues without having the proper counseling. Language teachers were some of the worst my child ever had.
