ABSOLUTELY NOT! only reason for one start was because I have to! My experience at Medical Aesthetics + Wellness by Gettin Lippy with Brit was one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had in a medical or medical aesthetics setting. I booked my appointment online, only to later be told my time was no longer available. When I called, I was instructed to come in before 1:30 because "she" was leaving at 2. I arrived on time--and was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment--just a staff that seemed visibly annoyed I was there. I sat in the lobby until nearly 1:55 before being taken back, despite being told there was a strict cutoff. That alone shows how disorganized this place is. Once in the room, there was zero direction. I was left standing while the assistant--not the injector--prepared everything. When I asked what I should do, I got a curt, dismissive response. Multiple staff members came in and out, loudly talking about their personal lives, complaining about men, and completely ignoring me. The environment felt cliquey, immature, and HIGHLY unprofessional--more like a high school social group than a medical office. At one point, I was placed in a situation where it felt like I was being used as a teaching example without my consent. Several girls stood around observing, no one introduced themselves, and nothing was explained to me. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. The pricing and communication were just as disorganized as the environment. A staff member came in and said they were going to take "a couple quick pictures" using what appeared to be a phone and a selfie light. Later, I was charged over $50 for this as a "consultation" with absolutely no prior explanation or consent. While I was waiting for them to figure out my pricing, I overheard a staff member on the phone quoting another client for peptides at a shockingly high price. Combined with my own experience of undisclosed charges, it raised serious concerns about transparency and consistency in how they price services. When I asked for a total price before starting (a completely reasonable request), I was met with attitude and resistance and even asked, "What do you want a price for?" I was quoted $360, yet my total came out higher--even after applying Alle rewards. When I questioned it, I was told it included the consultation I was never informed about. To make matters worse, I was also told there would be an additional fee just to run my card. The injector appeared irritated by basic questions and dismissive when I asked about a conservative approach. Nothing about this experience felt professional, organized, or client-focused. NO REGARD for my comfort. By the end, I was so uncomfortable I told them to just charge whatever so I could leave. No client should ever feel that way. Between the lack of organization, poor communication, undisclosed fees, dismissive behavior, and an environment that felt more focused on internal chatter than patient care, this place operates in a way that is deeply concerning. I will absolutely never return--and I strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ask very detailed questions upfront. read more

There are so many med spas in the NTX area, and I'd stick to those that are professional and follow through on their services. I've used Lippy with Brittany numerous times over the past year to help with weight loss supplements. Unfortunately, each time has been disappointing and disorganized, resulting in me needing to follow up constantly to get the supplements I've spent $$$ on. In my most recent experience, they've been over a MONTH late on giving me my supplements that I purchased. When I continued to follow up, they tried to claim that I never purchased anything and I had to send screenshots from our prior texts along with my bank statements to prove it. Saw her on socials and loved her work on other people, drove about 4 hours to have her inject me, twice. Spent about $1,000 earlier this year getting my lips injected by her. The first time I went was okay, I got 1 syringe. The second time I asked for 1/2 syringe, she gave me a lip flip (botox) THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR, nor did she ask me if I wanted, she simply told her assistant to get her the units, however I paid without argument. Didn't particularly like what she had done but it was done. "trust the process", right? A few months ago I inquired about my lips concerning migration of the filler. I sent pictures. They replied, wanting me to come in, I told them I'd be in the area at a certain date, and was left on "seen". I didn't try to reach out again. I recently had them touched up by a nurse injector in Lubbock who asked if I had noticed they were uneven, I told her I had and she FIXED them for me without hesitation and gave me beautiful, symmetrical lips. I told her about the botox issue and she said I never needed the lip flip to achieve the results I wanted. This especially chapped my ass.
