I also said I would use this project to see how they did work before I decided to do more with them. My caution was correct. I received an estimate from this company and believed they were forthright in there billing. Ivan the representative seemed forthright and honest that turned out not to be the case. The work performed was completed and seems to be done competently. Only time will tell if the work is actually structurally sound but it appears to be so far. The problem I encountered was with being asked for an extra $500 for more pavers, in the middle of the job, when the estimate for the job included $1500 dollars for pavers. The pavers were from Home Depot and very easily price verified and very easy to count how many were used. The work contained no were near $1500 worth of pavers even if they charged me double the price from Home Depot! The estimate included separate charge for labor and stone and dirt for the job so I see no reason for the mid job request for an extra $500. I have paid this extra fee only to be done with this company! I would not use again and would caution anyone against them as they are shady in their billing practices!
