....ya know, folks think "gas is gas" when stopping to fill up, correct? Guess what....with Sheetz,…read morethere's a bit of a twist. Yep, go ahead, pump your gas...91, 93, Premium, take you pick- in that context, i agree, gas IS gas (my car's never complained). But the twist is the Sheetz Loyalty card thats free to get, takes a minute at the checkout. Then when ya scan you card when pumping gas? Every other fillup is automatically .25 off.....skip a trip or two and it jumps to .50, even .75 cents. Adds up!! Plus the hidden gem, moreover, is the MTO ("Made to Order") food that's available. Every time I get something form Sheets I'm duly impressed. All considered, it's enough to make Sheetz the only place I go to for a fill up.......

TERRIBLE. Was treated like I was invisible. Called in a take out order, was told "ten minutes." I…read moreshowed up 20 minutes later, stood there for another 10 while a waitress with long blond hair made eye contact with me several times but never came to the register. She just kept laying placemats down and rolled silverware on empty tables. Customers walked in after me and sat themselves, THEY were greeted first. Finally had to wave my hand to get a staff member over-- even the guests inside were staring at me wondering how long I'd continue to be ignored. After a total of 30+ min (trust me, I checked my outgoing call log) from the time I called it in, I am finally greeted by an older lady with: "YOUR ORDER??" (I'm sorry, what?) "YOUR ORDER. WHAT WAS YOUR ORDER." I tell her "double bacon cheeseburger platter". She walks away to get it, but stops on her way (how long are they going to make me stand there?!) to pour customer's coffees. Customers who walked in AFTER me. No apologies for the wait, treated like crap and ignored. I should have known to check the bag because of course they messed my order up. I paid $12 and didn't get the side of Mayo I asked for or the coleslaw I paid for. I called in and got a major attitude from the same lady and was told "call back tomorrow morning. I'm just a server, I can't do anything about it." Uh YAH, you CAN You can check your order to make sure the kitchen boxed it correctly. You can do your job and make sure a clearly dissatisfied customer has their easy order correct. So rude and so "whatever" about guest! I have walked out of this place before after sitting for 20 min and not being greeted OR apologized to when we had to find another server to ask for our server to come over. The staff is by far the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. I keep trying to give them a chance and 100% of the time, they fail. And they charge you extra money if you want to split your meal with someone??? So if I cut my burger (that I'M buying) in half and give it to my child or share it with someone who can't eat a lot, you're going to charge me several more dollars for making that decision?? What does it matter?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It won't last long. Old timers can't keep it afloat.

However a gentleman was screaming at the cashier or the price of an item. Why on earth do people complain to a staff over pricing. This is set by corporate America and has nothing to do with the sweet young girl who was calmly responding while dealing with your ignorance. We love this location and entitled people who don't get their way need to stop.

A nice eatery with good food cooked fresh and a nice area to sit and eat or have coffee. Not the average gas station whatsoever. It's clean, convenient, and the best part is great service... there are some new employees I don't know yet, but I do know the manager and I believe she does wonderful at hiring great people while having a great multifaceted convenience store that is a cut well above the rest! My wife asked about the restrooms and the others were shopping. My wife was informed that the restrooms were not for public use. If this is true, this information should be posted out by the pumps so that customers would have the option of purchasing their fuel there or to go on to a gas station that could accommodate those who are in need of restrooms. After purchasing my gas, I had to go inside to get my receipt because it was not available at the pump which is not convenient at all. It was at this time when the rest of my family realized that we would no longer shop at this Gas Mart, and we all left without making any more purchases.
