Next it is clean and not just clean but I mean CLEAN. Even being in the snowbelt the floors are clean. It is unstick and the coffee is great. The reason I really love it is you get to choose your ice omg they have crushed ice. Why is that so big? Well it keep your drink colder longer. The polar pop area is never stocked, nor is it counter wiped clean, the O2 seems to be broken every other day cause the workers don't have a clue that the pop BIB NEEDS to be changed. The dairy case other is out dated, or isn't working and the milk is left to spoil to that point that the unexpecting customer is picking out expired milk cause the worker is too lazy to check the temperature of the case. These are simple tasks that are to be done daily in which are not enforced by the manager. In my opinion if all these reports are going into corporate why aren't these being addressed and corrected? Does higher up need to look into regional and/or district manager that hired Jen and isn't looking into why this store has gone downhill since Sabrina and Sam left a year ago? Also if the polar pop and coffee prices have gone up along with sip 'n' save price it's the managers job to inform the customers about price increase, managers before Jen have all done this, why hasn't she? I hope this review helps people understand that this location isn't what it once was, and to be taking their business elsewhere
