One of the best pet grooming places that I've ever used. The employees are amazing and extremely friendly. Can't say enough good things about them read more

I've been a customer here for several years. We are extremely lucky to have local groomer where you don't have to wait six months for an appointment and they do a good job. I only have two complaints. They have a rotating staff so I never know what my dog is going to look like when I pick him up. I cross my fingers. I've only had twice where I was disappointed other than that all the cuts have been great. I do wish they would point out extras because I always notice after I leave that there's something like color I would've gotten They are also a little more expensive than the other places around. My dogs haircut cost more than mine. all in all I definitely recommend read more

First time at this grooming salon. Easy peasy scheduling, personable service, price as quoted. Girls were kenneled together and I could see them when I walked in. They were calm and snuggling with each other while other dogs were groomed. So I could tell they were well taken care of while at their appointment. Both girls were happy when they came out and throughout the day after. Will be back! read more

Horrible! DO NOT take your dog here. We have a Keeshond that we took for grooming Nov 16, 2024. This morning he was pacing, circling and panting heavily. Why? Because the groomer shaved his anal area to the skin! It is pink and extremely irritated. He is miserable and I'm very angry. It's terrible watching my dog like this. Also, I received a text that our two dogs were ready to pick up and the "estimated total is $190.00 + tip. We have never been told to pay a mandatory tip at a grooming salon. We always tip as we did yesterday $40. My tip to you is we will never be back. read more

The stylist seem to be very calming towards the animals because my Little Angel normally leaves very stressed and exhausted. However ever since I moved from Titusville to Melbourne I tried here and I am super grateful I can trust My Little Angel to be happy and well taken care of. She's been in for now 2 visits. I trust she will be taken care of for her upcoming appointment. The front desk was very accommodating and the Dog Stylists are very skilled and detail oriented. Highly recommend. Prices are reasonable. Place is clean. Hidden Gem for sure!!! Angel is smiling ear to ear.. and smells fantastic!! read more

I am so disappointed with this business right now. I have been taking my two Havanese to this groomer the last two years without too much to complain about. once in a while they wouldn't get their nails cut short enough, pretty much minor things and I was overall satisfied. Quite another story our last visit a couple of days ago. We askEd for a pretty simple very short cut over all but I stressed that there were a few things we would like some attention to. To leave them some bangs, leave their ears on the longer side, trim their feet very short and in particular to give extra attention to making sure their ears were clean and the hair removed. One of our dogs tends to get wax build up. When I picked them up I asked if there were any issues with the ears. She otherwise wasn't going to offer any comments. Had I not asked she would not have mentioned anything. But when questioned she said she didn't do one of their ears because they were inflamed and infected. We took our dogs to the vet today for check ups and to address the ear issue. The vet said there was no infection that they were just filled with wax, debris and hair. I called to let the groomer know and at first she was apologetic and said she was sorry it wasn't done and that she would comp the next visit for one of the dogs. They also didn't leave bangs and cut one of their ears super short after being asked not to and no, there were no mats in the ears. The owner then called me back and said that the reason the ears weren't cleaned was that the groomer that did them said they were infected. I told her that I was at the vet and they were not infected. Just not cleaned. She then told me not to come back. In my opinion she was rude and unprofessional. She tried to make many excuses for why they weren't done as requested including that they were old dogs and hard to handle. So folks, if you have old dogs, or if your dogs ears tend to get dirty between grooming (6weeks) or if you just don't appreciate rude people don't patronize this business. read more

Get Your Groom On is great with challenges. We brought in our three Shih-Tzu that had been recently traumatized by another groomer over their last few visits. We know this because we bath them between visits. We'd suddenly couldn't help but notice two of them barking, but more like screaming & crying while desperately trying to get away during bathing and drying. I immediately cancelled future appointments and called Get Your Groom On because I had recently heard great things about them. When I called I gave them the full story of what complications they'd possibly face. They were up for the challenge. Well, after their visit to Get Your Groom On, our dogs were perfectly behaved again during their home bath time. It's like the trauma never happened to them. We are extremely grateful to have obviously kind people caring for our family members. But, know they are BUSY, so book your appointments early. We're doing a lot more home baths than we care to LOL. read more

They open early, 7:30 a.m., have very friendly workers and my dog, who was extremely knotted and stinky, came back smooth as silk, super shiny and smelling wonderful. SO happy to find my new groomers here! read more
