I will definitely be coming back here for future gifting needs and it's great to be able to support many local companies in one place.

I love a good, cute boutique, and Forth and Home has easily become one of my absolute favorites…read more(probably my favorite shop in STL, even). Located in Webster Groves, it sells all sorts of unique, handmade-looking (they're probably actually handmade, too) home goods. Everything feels like a statement piece with how personality they have, but they all have practicality to them. It makes it really easy (and dangerous) for me to justify all of the purchases. The prices are very fair, and I love that most products come in the same design and different sizes. Service is great, vibes are great, shop is beyond aesthetically pleasing (peep the gorgeous ceiling!). I think about Forth and Home a ridiculous amount and try to come up with every excuse to swing by, and I can't recommend it enough.

I love that they even have refills too when your pen runs out. I think the star of the shop was their printing press, and there was a lot of artwork that comes off of it that they sell. I love the little $5 block prints that made perfect souvenirs. I'll be back someday to pick up one of their large art nouveau block prints! They kind of remind me of vintage wallpaper. We each bought a smooth writing pen for about $25 each, and they're the perfect size to carry around in a purse for quick notes.

I was on my way to the place next door when I realized the White Rabbit was right there. Bonus! Shopped around, they had some cute things. Prices were reasonable and I spent the gift card plus some. I was really uncomfortable about the personal conversation the staff was having after my husband and I were the only customers in the shop. Not anything horrible but just not a convo for when customers are around.

When you enter the store you know you have found a #shoplocal #shopsmall store that will help you finish your holiday shopping. I found so many amazing gifts for those hard to buy for cousins. There were vintage items, that took me back to our childhood memories and I cannot wait for them to open their gifts and have the same flashbacks as I did shopping. I got a chuckle out of the candy jar for well behaved children. It's a shame they don't have one for well behaved adults as well. Would I come back? When I lived in STL, I was a regular shopper at Abigail's. When I shopped, I always knew I'd find…read morethe perfect gift, or something just for me. I now shop their website and still find exactly what I want and need. I am a garden flag guy. I have multiple post and change the flags on the regular. My collection of flags celebrate, holidays, local sports teams, pets, pride and my foodie personality. Since STL added a new sports team, I needed a new garden flag to support them. I was on-line researching and found one. I was getting ready to purchase my new City SC flag when a e-mail from Abigail's popped into my in-box. I cannot explain why I stopped my purchase and went to check my new mail, but I'm glad I did. Lucky for me the e-mail was announcing their new merchandise promoting, City SC. I went back and cancelled my order I was doing with a major retailer and placed an order with Abigail's. I prefer to support a small business, then pad the pockets of a major retailer. My package arrived in just a couple days. I received text messages telling me, they received my order and then telling me it had shipped. When I opened my package, it had a hand written note, thanking me for supporting a small business. This is the second business who has done that for me, this month. If you need a unique gift, I recommend shopping at Abigail's. However, if you're a shopaholic, beware, you my lose self-control.

First off let me tell you the name can be a little misleading. Yes, they do have gardening items, but they are also a home decor store. Today I found a couple of decorative Easter themed items for my mantel in the living room. I change the mantel for every holiday or season, to for me these were great finds. In addition to the gardening and home decor, you'll find cookbooks, a small variety of gourmet food items and entertaining accessories. Those who know me, know I have a love for jalapeños so I almost went crazy when I found a jar of, Jalapeño Pickles. The brand is, Natural Pickled Pink. So, I guess you could say, I was tickled pink. I am also known for my cocktail napkins. I take them to parties, gatherings with friends at restaurants and I usually add a package to coordinate with gifts. So, if you too are in to unique and funny cocktail napkins, come shop the rack here. I can guarantee you will walk out with more then one package. Whoever is working, the service is friendly and attentive. It the type of service you expect and deserve when shopping a higher end store.
