I have been waxing for about 5 years now and I have no complaints with my regular esthetician. But I found myself clear across the United States from her and in need of a wax job. I took a chance on Brenda and WOW! She works methodically and precisely and displays an excellent attention to detail. I had work done on several areas and I was unable to find even one stray hair afterwards. Brenda carried on a pleasant conversation all throughout the session and made a usually uncomfortable procedure much more bearable and actually enjoyable. I can't recommend her enough. If you are in need of a wax, make a beeline for Flawless, you will not regret it.

You can really tell she invests in high-quality products and is always looking for ways to improve the client experience. She's also an incredibly talented eyebrow artist. She takes the time to map and shape your brows to complement your facial features, and the results are beautiful and natural. At the beginning I wasn't very satisfied because I wanted more volume and my lashes came out very light. She told me it would hold for 2-3 weeks I was thinking ok yeah right. My natural lashes are soooooooo short and now they're damaged they barely hold any weight. But boy I was wrong. I came back home and 2 weeks later they were still on, of course some have fallen off, but overall I look better after 2 weeks than other places I have been to. They were very natural which I grew to like more and more. I just wish they were a little thicker but overall I was satisfied

The ambiance is alright, and customer…read moreservice was friendly, however, paying over $200 for an 80 minute relaxation massage is absurd. You have to pay extra for deep tissue, and there are multiple "extras" you can add on for additional costs, which is also absurd. Charging for aromatherapy oils, which in my opinion, should be included in a 210$ massage, is an insult. I have been all over the world and attended some of the nicest spas, and this was one of the worst massages for the highest price for value ratio. If you'd like to pay $210 for an hour a twenty minutes for a masseuse to lightly touch you, go here.
