She proceeded to tell us that the restaurant had won awards but I forgot what awards they were. That sounded promising. We proceeded to the restaurant and found it was quite busy despite this being a weekday and 2:00pm. The very nice hostess led us to our table. I ordered the chicken sliders special with the pesto vegetable soup. My wife ordered the Southern Seba Salad. Her salad was huge. It was so big that she shared some with me and still asked for a container to take it home. It was a delicious salad based on the taste that I had and according to my wife. The sliders that I ordered were superb. The chicken was very tender with a crusty coating that was both sweet and flavourful. My soup was so full of vegetables that I could easily have eaten it with a fork. This was a very pleasurable dining experience. It's approximately 60 km west of Edmonton. When heading west you use the off-ramp to turn south toward Seba Beach or, if it's more familiar to you, toward Tomahawk . This is a destination restaurant and you don't have to golf to eat here. The prices are a bargain for the quality and quantity of food in addition to the very professional service (with a slight English accent no less). The restaurant at the Pineridge Golf Resort gets an unqualified recommendation from me.
