At first, you would think the chapel is nice and beautiful and located in its own building. But the actual chapel is located at the end of a hallway on the second floor in some grimey and smelly office building. When i got inside of the chapel there was white drapes covering the walls and stains on many seat covers. Again, nothing like the images posted online. The guy waiting inside to meet us looked cheesy with his sparkly brim hat and loop ear piercing. I thought that there was no way he would be wearng those things if we were to marry here. But i did yet another google search of eddie grimberg and sure enough, he dressed very tacky at weddings. Just a bad vibe all around, we decided to pass. Eddie is also rude over the phone. Dont believe me? Call, you will see what im talking about. I visited a lot of chapels in the LA area, message me if you want to know which ones are worth seeing. This one? Blah.

If your booking your wedding here, keep in mind, it's an affordable and easy place to get married. Cons: Exterior of building is pretty gross--neon "wedding chapel" sign in a seedy neighborhood with a faded "adult videos" signs 2 doors down. Interior of chapel has a few quirks--i.e., a headless mannequin bride right at the beginning of the aisle, a fabric "cake" in the ceremony room, and a ton of random goofy decorations. Also cheesy, the wedding music is played on a laptop that's run by the officiant from the altar. Pros: Surprisingly lovely altar area. It's got uplighting, white fabric, an artsy looking ceiling, and a beautiful chandelier. This chapel has a Bride's Room, which I gather is rare (or a pricey upgrade) in the wedding chapel biz. The chairs are that fancy chivallri (spelling?) style. Plus unlike most chapels, this place had NO restrictions on photography/videography. We saved a ton of money and got great photos and videos by using our own peeps. Also, we had the place for 2 hours to ourselves--no other weddings--it was totally private. Another sweet surprise, the officiant was awesome. He was sincere, had good timing, and threw in a couple of charming jokes. The officiant really made it special for the bride and groom. I would recommend this chapel to anyone looking for an affordable, stress-free, lovely wedding.

Rhonda made the process of getting married during such a difficult time so easy. She was able to perform a lovely ceremony in our backyard, take care of all the paperwork, as well as provide great guidance on the overall process. We had our immediate family present for the ceremony and they all commented that Rhonda did an amazing job! While this was not how we originally envisioned our wedding, Rhonda helped make it a magical and special event. If you're looking for someone to help with your wedding, look no further- A Very Special Wedding is the way to go!
