Get sculpted LA deserves 0 stars, and should be shut down for good. this is a family owned business by a group of middle-aged women who think they are God's gift to Earth. I came here to get my eyelashes done by Gabby, who is not just a lash technician but supposedly a lash educator as well. Please read this entire review, so you don't experience the nightmare that I have experienced And to be honest, I was pleased with my first appointment when I did the new set with the Gabby. When I went for my second appointment to do my fill, I was very disappointed with the service, because not only of course is she running late, and text me at the last minute that she's running late, but she's rushing through my appointment to get to the next client who now she's late for them as well. She did not remove any of my outgrown lashes or twisted lashes, which is part of the fill process, and This process is what keeps my natural lashes healthy and damage free. When I got into my car after my appointment, I texted her 5 minutes later letting her know that I was not happy with the lashes, they were not even, and they were hurting me, I waited in my car an hour and a half for her to finish a client so that she can try to fix them for me. When I went back inside for her to fix them for me, she had an attitude, saying I don't have time for this, I have to pack, I'm going to Vegas tomorrow to do a lash course, I'm only gonna fix them for 10 minutes and then you're on your own after that, and I kept quiet and let her say what she wanted to say feeling very disappointed with her behavior. I literally went home and had to cut and trim my lashes so they can be even with both eyes. I shouldn't have booked again with her, which is my mistake. However I made an appointment for my second fill, Which was the biggest mistake I've ever made, I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn't do a good job last time because she was in a hurry to pack, But it was even worse this time. I expressed to her immediately that my lashes were hurting me, that I have a lot of outgrown and twisted lashes, and I said please if you can make sure to remove them this time, I felt her literally remove one eyelash fan from each eye and then began the fill process. I asked her are you done removing my outgrown lashes, she said yes. I said how can that be you only removed one from each eye and I have a lot from last time and from this time. She became an outrageous person, Telling me this is not working for me, I own this business, I'm not going to lash you, I'm not going to continue your appointment, you are not allowed to book with me anymore or anybody at the salon, you need to leave from here I don't need this type of headache, and kicked me out. She left me with a tape under my eyes, didn't even give me a fan to Dry the chemicals she put on, she started using profanity, yelling, talking bad about me with her other co-worker and other clients that were in the salon. I was not only speechless, but left in tears. I have every right to share my concerns about the service I'm getting, I have every right to ask her to remove my outgrown lashes and twisted lashes, which she should be doing on her own as a professional lash technician. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional, She thinks because this is a family owned business, that she has nobody above her, and the right to treat people dis respectfully, and inhumane. Mind you the same day she texted me an hour before my appointment, this time she's not running late, but she's asking me if I can come early because she has to go to a meeting at 7:30 PM I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance, for 6:15 PM, does it make sense to anybody, that she knows I have an appointment with her, but yet it's booking and making her personal appointments during the time she should be lashing me? She makes her own schedule, she decides how many clients she wants to book, but yet can't even keep up with the schedule she makes, and I ended up leaving from my Doctor's appointment early so I can go to her early, and at the end got treated in This horrendous way Furthermore, I called her sister Ruby who is the owner of the salon, and of course she did nothing about the situation, nor did not want to take any action against her sister even though she knows her sister was unprofessional and in the wrong. And on another note, that this salon is not clean, and not sanitized, I can assure you they have never sanitized anything between clients, they never sanitize tools that they use, and they've never touched a broom, I seen roaches every time I had an appointment. When I left Gabby a review on her gloss genius booking site, of course she deleted it because she doesn't want her clients to see how horrible she can be. And when I left a review on Google, mysteriously I started receiving threats anonymously through text message, about my review. read more

This is my go to spa for all my services. I get my teeth whitening my spray, tanning lashes, nails, and hair with all the girls. They are super sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Overall, the service is amazing! read more

10/10 would recommend Gabby for lashes!! She's the absolute best! I have really round big eyes & can get pretty picky too. Sometimes I just verbally describe how I want my lash set or would show her inspo pics and BAM always come out with exactly what I wanted. I get complimented on them a lot and always get asked who's my lash girl.. GABBY!! Best part is, she puts them on so good that it never irritates me or completely damages my natural lashes. Went to get sculpted when I got lipo about two years ago . Honestly the sweetest and most knowledgeable young ladies when it comes to surgery after care. They even helped me Put on my compression garment and clothes when I couldn't even bend over from the surgery. Would only recommend them In the Los Angeles valley for post op care. Wow! This place is so cute, classy and clean! All the girls are so sweet and welcoming. I went in to get body sculpting to see if it worked for me and let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised! As soon as the next day I saw results! My abdomen looks like it has definition and I lost 1 & 1/2 inches off my love handles and that just just the next day! Although I only went in to get body sculpting they offer lash extentions, microblading eyebrow lamination/tinting, facials, spray tanning, teeth whitening and tooth gems!
