I then waited for an addtional 20 minutes until she informed me ( almost an hour now) that they only certify for clients, I said I would cash it then, again this can only be done for people who have an account ( and are ok with standing in line all afternoon for the ONE teller). The manager came out and refused to certify or cash the cheque. I missed my appointments after and my own bank closed in all this time. AVOID this bank
