I purchased preworkout that was all clumpy and solid rocks in the tub. Purely bad quality product and stored in the wrong temperature. I was shocked and bummed once I received it. So I sent the new owner Allie a text with a pic and video. I was told it's normal and safe to take. I responded with, so you're telling me that you cool with selling product off the shelf that is obviously not good, quality product? She responded with. "It's not expired" And followed it up with it's totally normal for preworkout to get like that. Keep in mind I paid 55 dollars for this 'quality' preworkout of theirs. I then told her, I could buy stuff from anyone but I believe in giving money to small business' and ones that excel in their customer service. I believe it's super important. Even after I moved a state away, I still wanted to give my money to that shop. Her response "It's not my fault it clumped up do to do moisture" Quality product that matches their quality service. Next text from owner "Trust me Not being rude but don't need negative costumers like you" "We don't need your business Thank you" "Your fired as a customer" Then "N Block" It seems like a joke, to see a business owner interact with a customer like this.
