I asked for a,swab and container to collect the substance. She refused. She said they only test blood. My daughter is 38 and has Downs. She was in pain. I find it very simple and convenient to make appointments for my blood work on their web site and there always seem to be appointments available in the times I need them. I have always been taken on time for my appointments - never having to wait long. Each of the phlebotomists I have had draw blood there have been professional and gentle. Results are available online through their portal and are forwarded to referring physicians in a timely manner. On those rare occasions when I have had a billing question, I have found it relatively simple to get through to their billing department and get the issue resolved. I don't think there is very much else I can expect from a lab and recommend you give them a try if you need to go to a lab to have bloodwork done.... but make sure you make your appointment online as walk-ins have to wait for an available opening which might take some time.

Today, the front staff service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, "Tim" was extremely polite and apologetic for the length of time it was taking to get me checked in (it wasn't unreasonable to me). After seeing my difficulty in walking, he brought the paperwork out to me when it was complete and waited for me to sign it. It's the little things that means the most. As a disabled veteran, I appreciate the extra effort that so few put forth. The X-ray tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and also equally patient with my limited mobility. We're (veterans) often quick to complain, and slow to compliment. Please pass on my gratitude and appreciation to those who interacted with me this morning, it was greatly appreciated.

This clinic is in the cell phone waiting lot across the street from PSP Airport…read more We made an "appointment' the night before for a rapid NAAT testing ($199) and selected an appointment time of 9:00-9:30am. This was for a 12:30 pm flight to Canada and because our Labcorp "2 day turnaround" testing hadn't come back in time 4 days later. Cost for rapid NAAT testing was $199. They open at 9am so that was the earliest available "appointment" time. Results were indicated to be "generally within an hour". I put appointment in quotes because as others have said you don't really have an appointment. It's essentially first come first served, but you do have to book and pay ahead of time to be able to show up. As far as I could tell, testing without booking ahead of time wasn't possible. I saw the reviews here (thanks!) and decided we should show up closer to 8:30a. Photos is the line when we showed up. We got nose swabbed around 9:15a. We went and grab some breakfast and got our results emailed around 10:15a. All this because our other (not rapid) test didn't come back in time from LabCorp (cost was $120, promised turn around was 2 days, but it's been 4). I think this clinic is worthwhile for travel testing. I just do think you ought to play it safe and get rapid tested the day before if you can. As other's have also pointed out, it could be better organized and signage for FAQs would be helpful.

Got there at 3, waited for about 30 minutes, then an employee came and told me that they were not doing any more rapid tests that day because they close at 4 and it takes 2 hours for them to do a test. She told me to come back in the morning at 9. I went back at 8:45, got tested by 9:15. Employee said about 1 1/2 hours for results. It's now 5:15pm and I don't have results. I emailed customer service around 3, got a (likely automatic) response saying that I would be emailed my results and that they have "elevated" my request to the results department. They do not take insurance. So I'm out $125 for a stick up my nose with no results. This was the Palm Springs airport location.

I was amazed how kind, thoughtful, respectful and professional all of the staff and visiting staff were. My care was 100% perfect, I could not have asked for a better experience for my first surgery. Everything that they were going to perform on me was clearly explained and in no way rushed. I had the same experience for my pre-surgery tests and phone call. Everyone went out of their way to extend every courtesy to me. I thank all of the kind nurses and staff and the anesthesiologist who made my experience and recovery so much easier than I had ever anticipated.

They said yes but I came there every day and he was laying in bed with no clothes on. Their earthquake rating is a 2 Its posted in the lobby. Of course there are great nurses but in this case we never had one. Sad

Dr Rouzier and his wife Carolyn saved my health. I suffered…read morea metabolic shutdown about 2 years ago. I went through several doctors that could not seem to help me or understand how to fix my condition. I do not live in California, but Dr Rouzier just happened to be coming to my city for a conference. Carolyn was so accommodating. She set an appointment for me to see the Dr. Dr Rouzier is a world renowned hormone specialist. I actually felt honored to have the opportunity to be seen by him. He was very personable. He discussed my condition and course of treatment in detail. I know because of his experience, he knew the scope of what I was going through. After being told there's not much anyone can do for me, it had me discouraged. I was actually surprised because Dr Rouzier made it sound so simple to start to get things going in the right direction. 6 months later, I feel better than I have ever felt. The medication I am on is at the right dose, and I am optimistic about my future. If anyone out there is struggling with metabolic issues, hypothyroid, and hormonal imbalances, please don't go through Dr after Dr like I did.
