She wasn't the nicest and didn't seem to care too much about her job and the people she helps. We ended up buying a chair that was in stock and they told us to go around to the pick up area and someone will meet us back there. We waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. We rang the doorbell, knocked on the door and still no one. I finally called the front and she was pretty rude when she answered. Finally someone came and helped us. Turns out the chair we bought wasn't actually in stock like they said it was. It was pretty bad service.
