My email didn't get a response. I was far more annoyed by the continuing avoidance issues than the need to replace the machine. The repair guy made some promises about trying to fix it and getting back to me. No surprise, it's been a month, and it's more avoidance. It's sad, because I'd love to buy a Bernina to replace my old machine, and this is the closest dealer. I obviously won't be coming back here.

This Hallmark gave us the absolute worst experience today, and it looks like we're not the only…read moreones. everyone knows about the popular stuffed animals called 'squishmallows' and me and my boyfriend are OBSESSED. weve bought so many before and we're involved in many facebook groups of fellow collectors. the worker that "greeted" us today was incredibly rude. we pointed to the squishmallows we found, surprised by how many were there that we had been looking for. she immediately became incredibly rude, telling us we couldnt afford them. she told us that she saw them on amazon for over $100 and hers were priced at $80 (when i know for a fact that the items were supposed to be $25. trying to pocket our money much?). we showed her proof that the product was way less expensive than she was asking and she KICKED US OUT OF THE STORE. we wanted our fellow collectors to be warned about the unreasonable rudeness of this lady and the absurd prices and this is what people commented :
