It's not just that she is able to listen to all aspects of my condition and look for the root of the problem, but also her ability to sympathize with the condition to make you feel like you are not alone in the pain. Another added bonus is her ability to pair your treatment with every day changes that should aid in recovery - diet, exercise, herbs, etc. She also has a way to go beyond acupuncture into other aids, such as cupping and something involving a ceramic spoon that feels odd at first but great on the muscles afterwards. Definitely a great addition to my medical doctor when I'm sick and a way to relax or aid in small things I don't need to see a doctor for otherwise.

I have been seeing Christina over the years for different ailments and always loved my experience…read more But this past 1.5 years of consistent acupuncture has been an incredible experience for me and the ultimate gift at the end of the process - my little girl! I came back to acupuncture after having a miscarriage to heal and hopefully get pregnant again in February of 2025. Christina talked me through everything - supplements, acupuncture cadence and benefits of cupping and infared sauna. I took the supplements as directed and came in 8x a month, with occasional adjustments to my membership. I will never forget joining in a sound bath at Vitality Wellness in the first month and laying underneath the wall of babies Christina helped bring to this world. I prayed I would have a little one of my own to join the wall. By June of 2025 I was pregnant! And came in regularly every month to be supported by acupuncture and cupping. I was a high risk pregnancy due to preexisting conditions but my little girl and I were completely healthy throughout the entire process. She was welcomed into the world in February of 2026 - exactly 1 year after I started my journey again back at Vitality Wellness. Postpartum I have felt amazing and continue to see Christina. I genuinely attribute the investment into my mental and physical well being was a huge factor in my successful and healthy pregnancy and birth. Thank you so much for all of your support, Christina. I'm so grateful my little one is officially on the wall of babies!

The running nose is accompanied by sneezing, sometime so violent that it feels like all the bones in my neck are shaken loose. Over the years, I have tried different allergy medicines, both prescribed as well as off the counter. These medicines, however well recommended, worked only at the beginning for me, my body seemed to adjust quickly to these medicines, and they no longer have any effect on my condition. Dr. Lee is so kind, personal, using his vast experience and knowledge to arrive at an accurate diagnosis through listening patiently, asking questions, he is able to come up with a strategy to treat the condition. Dr Lee, through cupping therapy over time, recommendation for diet change and lifestyle tweaking, has brought about a vast change in my physical condition. The last three months, my mornings and evenings have been transformed. My running nose and sneezing have stopped, something I didn't think was possible. It is such a great comfort to be free from the effects of year-round allergy. I see Dr. Lee on a regular schedule to keep up the maintenance. After each session I always feel release, the body is no longer tight, ready for whatever is ahead. Highly recommend Dr. Lee
