A lady walked up to the counter and checked in and staff finally acknowledged my presence. As I inquired if I could tan, they suggested that the lady that just checked in was the last tanning session. They were closing at 9P. I didn't challenge the issue as I checked in first and just left. Customer service was lacking and needs to be more attentive when people check in. It was like they were in closing mode and didn't care to demonstrate good customer service.

Health & Strength is a massive area with multiple rooms. They have all of the equipment you need to get a great workout. This was my 2nd visit and it's never been overly busy and I always get a chance to do Tri-Sets and Quad-Sets on any machine that I choose. It doesn't have any silly rules that make you feel unwanted(if you're a guy who likes to lift heavy and get some solid work in). I was recommended to this Gym by a friend after being recommended another Gym by multiple friends. I tried the other Gym and was unpleased but when I came here I felt right at home and got to work. If you're in the area and looking for a solid place to lift heavy and have plenty of options then try out this Gym! I give it a a Rating of 4.5/5. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because I couldn't find a solid flat bench to attempt some extraordinary work but nonetheless, it's solid!!

The instructor was professional, but not cold at all. They have a page as well for their special events, ranging from special classes for specific demographics to just lighter, more social, classes. Again, welcoming, and worth the time and price. I found my studio!
