I am super out of shape and also enjoyed it, so it is definitely great regardless of fitness level. The owner explained the workouts and was very helpful, but I never felt stupid or out of place. At the end of the class, the owner explained the membership options. He was very clear and open and didn't pressure us. In a sea of fitness options, 9Round stands out and is a great option.
