I had some hiccups with management and when my son's official start day would be but it was rectified. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Lessons are half an hour and are in a group or individual class setting. 4:1 ratio max. There's a parent/student portal available to set up an account and sign up for classes, make payments and review schedules. The site has a lot of fine print to read through. There are also other franchises throughout the area and the country. So far, my son has completed two classes and he's enjoying his classes with Lilly. She makes learning to swim for him lots of fun!
