I adore this place! I have now attended two of the seasonal charcuterie classes and made two…read moreboards. Each time has been a fantastic experience. The first time I went to a class, I went to the Halloween themed class. I went alone and honestly the staff made me feel so welcome. The people who attended also were super friendly. If you ever want to sip some wine or coffee or whatever and attend an event on your own AR Workshop is definitely a great place to do so. I love how the owner --who is super hands on and sweet btw--and the staff help you with all of your choices, because yes there are tons of choices from colors to stains to finishes to handles--if you don't choose a lazy Susan like me! The process is super fun and allows your creative juices to flow but also within the lines so you know the project will come out amazing. The second time I signed up, I also signed my mom up for the charcuterie class as well for the holidays--our before and after the charcuterie portions are attached! It was fun and straightforward and she had a blast! The charcuterie portion was super fun! AR always brings in a different charcuterie company to come in and teach and honestly who doesn't love that! The best part all you have to do is show up! All supplies are provided. I will be back! I'm always coming back and honestly you should stop by if you have been eying this place or want to spruce up your place with alittle diy decor!

My bestie brought me here as a birthday treat, and we had an absolute blast doing our projects. We…read morehad pre-chosen the laser cut monstera leaves to craft. Everything was ready for us when we showed up - the leaves, the base, and the frame were all cut out, we just had to choose our techniques and colors we wanted to use. The woman helping us was AWESOME! She showed us how to do different things to achieve interesting effects on the wood. I loved that they had plenty of examples all around the space so you could look at things and be like - I want to try that technique, or, I like that color combination. The environment was fun and relaxing. They give you an apron, and you sit on a stool at a very large worktable. They sell snacks, or you can bring your own, but we had just finished eating, so we were good. There was also an Intro to Mah Jong class going on while we worked, so it was fun listening to that. Our projects turned out awesome, and it was fun to be able to bring something home with us as soon as it was done.

Very walkable area. Across the street from Datz. The best place to park is in the back of their building and walk around. Parking is limited on the street in this area. I wanted to paint something for my boyfriend for the holidays and Gia was nice enough to agree to my pick, so we painted a black light, northern lights scene. I think both of ours turned out pretty good, albeit better under the black light! LOL Gia's looked better than mine. We went on a Friday night and had some very exuberant groups of young people with us. They were so much fun. Our instructor Nicole held a couple of contests and 4 people got to take home paintings from the gallery. I didn't win and I was insanely jealous! Ha!! The paintings Nicole and the other instructors create are fabulous! They are available to purchase and extremely reasonable prices. What fun gifts! Hmmm.. can I say I painted it?! Lol... I wouldn't do that. Anyone who knows me wouldn't believe me anyway. Nicole gave us step-by-step instructions and came around and helped us out when we made a couple of small mistakes. It moves pretty fast and I struggled a bit to keep up. I think the more you do it, the faster and more comfortable you will get with painting. The 2.5 hours went by so fast! I hope to go back to paint a canvas that includes lights and a do a paint your pet class. Go paint, drink, and be merry at Painting With A Twist!

Always a fun time at painting with a twist. Lots of paintings to choose from, check their schedule…read more You bring your own beverage of choice and glasses. They provide the paint, canvas and a good time. The instructors are always friendly and very talented. You can now make your own candle or linen spray too with a ton of scents to choose from. Check out the option to paint on wood planks as well- way more challenging but fun.
