I took my 9 year's old granddaughter and 1 year old grandson. I most definitely did not want to jump on trampoline, but had to buy a ticket for myself. I feel like they shouldn't charge people with 1 year old babies that can't even walk. I said I wouldn't jump and I didn't. read more

Normally we have a good experience here during the day...morning...homeschool times, but came in the evening today and they turn the lights 80% off on my kids 12 min before closing. We were the only customers in here too. Strange...no evenings for us. read more

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Atmosphere was kid friendly. My kids had a blast jumping, playing arcade games, and meeting other kids. The atmosphere allowed my kids to have fun and make new friends. Prices seemed to be reasonable for 1 hour. read more

Alyssa at the front desk was great, she helped us get situated when we came for a birthday party but silly me, came on the wrong day. She helped us when my kids were begging to stay and went over the options for jumping. My kids are over the moon excited to jump today. The trampoline park is the sort of place that you never expect to come to your town, but when it does you find it's an incredible opportunity to both have a different sort of fun than you're used to and to tire out your kids! We came by on a Monday afternoon when school was off and it was a great way to spend a couple hours. The prices were six dollars per kiddo and nine dollars per adult to jump for an hour, +3 dollars for the get air brand socks that they require. It's nice to be able to bring these back so at least it's not like paying extra for 3-D glasses at the movie theater that you then have to return. The main jumping area is pretty extensive and includes tons of the expected trampolines, an area with some high basketball rims to dunk on and a pseudo-obstacle course. We enjoyed the little kiddo area and included a couple solo trampolines, a foam pit that was wonderful for tossing children into as well as the adjacent trampoline dodgeball area. Trampoline dodgeball was unexpectedly fun, and the balls that they have available were soft enough for our four-year-old, but firm enough that you could actually throw them. I've got plenty of snacks available for purchase that are more expensive than they need to be, but still low enough that you'll consider buying them for hungry children. Aside from it being a bit on the expensive side, this is a great place to go and spend a few hours, getting the kids a little bit of exercise and potential he some yourself. Be forewarned, there's always exciting stuff at the bottom of the foam pit! read more

My favorite place to jump and be insane. I use all my energy here. So when i go home i sleep like a baby. I really enjoy coming here to get my energy out. The drinks and food are priced reasonably. Definitely don't recommend coming here. First of all the ladies in there showed racism against us who are Hispanics. Gave us the price of the total with such attitude as if we couldn't afford to go in. Some other folks who went in and weren't Hispanics got the best customer service but they'd see us and just roll eyes. I hope management does something about this because so many Hispanics families visit here with their kiddos on the daily and don't deserve this kind of service. Garbage. Dirty facility and horrible service. My grandmother has a condition that makes her hands shake and she couldn't operate the computer. the employee demanded she fill out a form just to be in the building. When we saw what was going on, my grandmother was in tears and the employee could care less. I can't believe a company would allow such despicable, discriminatory behavior. read more

This is a nice place to visit and enjoy with your friends. The trampolines are a lot of fun and its not super busy. They also have some interesting games like climb the rope and trampoline basketball. They do not take kids under height of 46 inch so you need someone to watch them. There is $3 fee for specific type of socks, i didn't see that fee in other play areas. Overall, good experience. read more

Unfortunately, the management was not up to par with what was going on within the place. The employees were only watching if people had on masks. There were kids under 4ft jumping with adults outside the kids zone and taking off their socks. I love the kids but it's so dangerous to have them on the same trampoline with 250lb people. The rules were broken in almost every single way except the gum rule. Surprisingly they also didn't have limit restrictions for how many people can be inside and if they did no one said otherwise. It was too crowded and scary. I don't live here which is even more frightening. read more

We just left this place. Both times we've been here the staff do NOTHING to enforce the rules. They just stand around & watch. Kids were running around with no awareness of where they were going or who they were bumping into. Parents were telling their kids they could run anywhere & do whatever they wanted. It was utter chaos. There was a large adult man, flying around the trampolines, who almost made a puree out of my sister, & almost landed on his own tiny daughter numerous times. If you want to be smushed, bruised and/or killed, this is the place to be!!!!! read more

My son had so much fun here! He's almost 9 and doesn't fall asleep on car rides so much any more, this place had him knocked out before we left the parking lot! We also bought adult passes and jumped but it was difficult to navigate with all the toddlers playing... we still had fun! It,s really fun for the first 5 times we went. After that my son was looking for something new to do there. I think they should have some classes for kids to learn how to use the bounce board or how to do some tricks. I would even join a class like that. read more

Great activity for kids to enjoy and burn some energy! Place could be cleaner! Came early on a Sunday morning and the place definitely wasn't cleaned from the night before. Stuff all over the floors like Cheerios, foam from the foam pits, and just bits and pieces of garbage! It's definitely not cheap to jump so you would hope they would keep the place more clean! My kids love to go here and it's a really fun place but we were disappointed with our visit today. We had a coupon and the cashier forgot to apply it. He said a manager could fix it but one wasn't in at that time. Then we presented our punch card with 5 punches on it and were told those were no longer being honored and we couldn't redeem them for points so we lost out on those visits. Then our child's wristband was called 35 minutes into our visit and I had to a show my receipt with the time on it to get our full time. We have had problems in the past with the workers rounded our time down. It's not fair. If you pay for an hour you should get the full hour. No less especially for the prices that are charged. We are very disappointed. read more

Having gone to several other trampoline parks in the past, I was disappointed with several aspects of Get Air Yakima. This park is smaller than the others I've visited, the bathrooms were very dirty, and the staff was completely uninvolved in their jobs. At other parks I visited, the staff walk around, supervise, and interact with the jumpers. For the two hours I was at Get Air Yakima, the two staff members on duty stayed in the same place they were at when I arrived and didn't move to supervise the jumpers when they moved to different areas of the park. As a result, there was some rough play between the teenagers and younger kids which I'm sure could have been avoided with simple supervision. That said, all the jumpers seemed to have a great time (while getting exercise). read more
