He let me take their floor samples home to see how they would look! Unfortunately the colors available did not match my house. However, Will was able to help me find a really nice carpet for my stairs and home office. It is pet proof, as well! It feels so soft walking on the "Heritage" carpet and the coloring is such that dirt won't show. They were also cheaper than the carpet I had originally planned on getting. Will made the experience so easy! I had never heard of them before, but I am glad my house painter mentioned them. I strongly recommend them.

I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn't access the information at that time but would call me back. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
