Frank took the time to understand the case clearly and was able to give excellent advice from multiple perspectives - legal, ethical, financial, practical, and even personal. Being a long-time Hoboken resident he also knew the players related to the matter and that insight was helpful. During our conversation, Frank made multiple phone calls on the spot to gather information pertinent to the case, and also made introductions to other professionals who could be helpful in resolving the matter. This was my first experience selling a home (a condo in Hoboken), and as such I knew I needed some guidance through what is a complicated process. My real estate agent (Rich Basili - also great!) had recommended Daniel, and I'm so glad he did. I had moved out of state prior to the sale, so Daniel and I interacted solely by phone and e-mail. From the very first phone call through to the end of the transaction, Dan was a great communicator. He patiently walked me through each step of the process, and explained some fairly complicated stuff in a crystal-clear way. He was personable and funny, and I enjoyed our interactions. On the day of the sale, there were some brief hiccups with wiring the funds (my fault - my bank had several different routing numbers that could be used, and I accidentally gave him the wrong one), but Dan put in extra effort to make sure everything went smoothly. I thought his fee was very fair for the services rendered, and well worth it for the peace of mind it provided. Would absolutely seek out his services again, and you should too.
