If she goes out of business, which seems likely, remember you will no longer have access to the images and you'd not be able to get replacements of the images of your family she has taken Amanda is really difficult to work with, she won't let you buy the digital images and makes you buy prints from a really cheesy website where she posts the images for a few weeks. I regret hiring her and I should have thought through the implications of not being able to acquire the digital images. Therefore, if you want to do something as off the charts eccentric as use one of the pictures she takes for a Christmas card, you cannot (she has you sign a release saying you can't copy her images either). The website that she requires you to use to buy prints is geared mostly to selling garbage like tote bags with a picture of a puppy and the website does not have the option to buy Christmas cards, in contrast to what she says below. She needs to state up front that she won't let you buy the digital images because selling digital images is an accepted norm in the field and so one assumes that it will be an option. Her main endeavor is producing are these god-awful pictures that can be best imagined if you consider what would happen if an untalented relative of Salvador Dali worked at the JC Penney portrait studio, but her more straight-on portraits of my son were good and I feel really sad that her kooky business practices means that I can't have access to them.

Everyone involved in the event was very friendly, helpful and courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us....except you. And everyone was tipped accordingly, including a big fat zero for you due to your controlling nature, inflexibility and threats. When you first approached me about dealing exclusively with my daughter, the bride, I didn't see a problem, but then you had to threaten me with a $500 upcharge if you didn't get your way. You can take the threat of your upcharge and cram it clownie!! My brother and sister-in-law get along with everybody, but you managed to insult her and treat her rudely and prompt my brother to threaten you with bodily harm if you spoke to her like that again. And you were rude and disrespectful to my wife, THE MOTHER OF THE BRIDE!!! Can I remind you that you're in the service business and it generally pays to be nice to people, not rude and condescending? Ever heard that customer is always right cliché? You catch more bears with honey than vinegar? Any of this sinking in? You need to keep things in perspective: you're not a captain of industry, you're not splitting the atom or solving world hunger up there, you're spinning discs for the pleasure of your audience. Your fiancé may think she's marrying Mr. Right, but she probably didn't know your first name is Always? You put a damper on a wonderful day that was fortunately unseen by most in attendance. My only regret of the night is talking my brother out of kicking your ass. After talking to you again after that, I was willing to join in and by now we've got a full posse who'd like to meet you in a dark alley. A good ass whipping might improve your crappy attitude and you might lose those weirdo-looking white glasses in the process. Saying you're the best doesn't make it so: you are the most unprofessional DJ I've ever seen and have the worst attitude for someone in a service business.

When I saw Elite Photo Design photos, I was FLOORED by the amazing moments she would capture! She has AN EYE for creativity and the candid moments that mean the most, and she can get those shots that are NOT posed but more natural. So when you look at the photo you can actually remember that moment. Lisa is a gifted photographer and I was so happy to run across her stuff! Obviously the first reasons why I booked with her is what you have just read above and the second was that her prices were awesome! Most places do 2 photographers for 8 hours, but with Lisa, her's was unlimited all day! I was amazed with that! Because so many people share the same thoughts of her work, she has been completely booked this summer for weddings. And because she's so good, her prices went up as well. But she's definitely worth the investment! If you want those unique moments, she can work with you to get what you want out of it. Lisa also does bellies, babies, portraits, engagements, and photo workshops. So, you don't have to do wedding photography, she's also great with all aspects of photography!

Her studio was nice and spacious where my sister had her own bridal session. She had a comfortable room for my sister to change dresses in. She was fun, and didn't find my sisters and I to be annoying. We had a blast! There was this moment where my youngest sister turned to me and was talking about my sister, the bride, and said, "You know when you see those beautiful brides in the magazines. That's how she looks..." I got teary-eyed and held back to bawl all weekend long. I can't wait to see how the rest of the pictures turn out from the wedding day. She has great ideas and beautiful vision. I would highly recommend her. I'm thinking she should do our new family photos with my new brother-in-law.
