Seriously! $30 for 2 5x7s. Can't order just one 4x6 of the other 6 I want. Now I read that the quality sucks. If I actually do buy these and they suck, I best get refunded. The only way for me to get a picture with her being handed her diploma is through here because some blond idiot stood behind all graduates. I have had so many negative experiences with this company both for school and sport pictures. They have sent me the wrong pictures, they charge ridiculous amounts for shipping, they have messed up my order, and the quality of pictures are not great. Most recently, I pre-ordered my pictures over a month ago, and I have not received my photos. People who didn't pre-order got their pictures two weeks ago. I have reached out to customer service and they won't respond. Once they have your money they don't care about customer service. If I didn't pre-order (my son's football pics), customer service will send several emails asking if I need help ordering my pictures, because they want my money. Since they have my money already for school pictures they ignore my emails. read more

This company is trash. They let the seniors have their diplomas upside down for pics at graduation. The schools force you into using them by not letting you take them yourself. 3 pics for 100!! It's cool ill Just use ai to remove the water spots on any photos I do like read more

Second year our school has used this business for pictures. This will be the second year I get retakes for both kids. If you're gonna be a photography business, at least find someone good at taking pictures. Definitely wouldn't recommend and I wish the school would switch back. This is such a disappointment! My son had his pictures taken only to wait and wait and call the school to be told they never received the proofs and to call them directly. I called directly and because the company decided to put my son as an elementary school VS middle school he didn't get proofs. After sitting on the phone with this company for an hour Tim Beeler emailed me and broken link and when I manually entered his code that they gave me, my sons pictures are still NOT showing up :( ... when I emailed Tim back his response was to manually type in the code and was no help to order my sons pictures. All I wanted was to give my Monday to this company to recieve an 8x10 and NO ONE WILL HELP ME !!! Even though it's their error . I didn't realize they don't want business from paying customers. 2 years in a row (prek and 1st) that they took a photo of my two girls talking... clearly talking. You wouldn't believe how bad the pictures are. I'm absolutely dumbfounded that we live in a digital work, they take horrible pictures and then don't even have backups or better ones... i don't get it. AND make you prepay!! I'm hoping to talk the school into using a different company. I've also emailed them twice before the pictures were taken and nobody has responded. No cd, DVD, SD card, "cheap" while being expensive as can be!!! So now we don't get a storage media item to keep for the far future. We have to download ourselves! And then what if the computer crashes. This company keeps disappointing me. They don't help the kids look nice at all either, just run them through like cattle to make the quickest dollar! The worst school photography ever! The lighting made my kids look like corpses. When they went for retakes, my daughter did fine, but my son who is autistic was photographed in his hooded Sherpa lined jacket when he was clearly wearing an argyle sweater, all dressed up with his hair looking perfect. The response from the company was that I could send them back for a refund. What kind of answer is that. I want a school picture that I paid for. They obviously don't know that kids with disabilities might need a little coaching to remove their jacket. They also don't think to get a staff member from the school to help them. Completely ridiculous. They don't use the better picture either so the first photos where my kids look like corpses will be put in the yearbook (kids are already mean enough without having bad pictures to make fun of). Next year I will be requesting to go to the school next door where they have a better photography company. I would not recommend Geskus Photography to anyone and if your school uses it, save your money and get your pictures done by a real professional (it will cost about the same if you have a family picture and then individual poses). Lastly they staple the pictures together in a little book that makes it very difficult to cut out. Very poor picture, poor customer service, poor packaging, horrible company. read more

Overpriced and the pictures were not very good. For $15 the only usable pictures are 4 wallets and 2 slightly larger wallets. The quality was lacking too. What a shame for a kindergarten picture. read more
