From the very first contact with Nichole, she expressed nothing but positivity and flexibility, and we knew we had made the correct choice to go with her. We didn't book weeks/months in advance, and she didn't have any online availability. I took a chance and reached out to her, letting her know the dates we'd be in town if she by chance had a cancellation, because we loved her portfolio. We were absolutely ecstatic when she was able to squeeze us in for a golden hour session. We ended up having a snafu on our end (vacation brain) with the appointment and despite squeezing us in already, she worked around our blunder. And she did so without admonishing us or making the session feel rushed. She was incredibly patient with our daughter, made her feel at ease, and she exuded nothing but confidence in her photography abilities. The timeline on our online gallery was as promised and the photos turned out wonderful. We had a hard time narrowing the selections down to the package size we ordered, which was a good problem to have. In fact, we had such a hard time that in the middle of downloading our last few photos, on the last day the gallery link was active, we fell victim to a time zone mishap. It was midnight in South Haven but only 11 in St. Louis. We thought we had another hour, but alas the gallery link "expired" before we could finish. I emailed Nichole right away and by the following morning, the link was reactivated and we were able to finish the download. So, please - if you take nothing else from this review, use Gulotta Imagery for your photography needs, you WILL NOT be disappointed (extra points for being better clients than we were though).
