Especially as we're expecting our first in a couple months, we knew we shouldn't put off stroller shopping until after the birth. We wandered around, checking out the models and trying them out. At some point, an employee came and asked if we had any questions, and was able to show us different features of strollers and how to break them down, change the seats, etc. At no point were we hassled or did they try to upsell us, which was particularly nice. Instead, they patiently answered our questions and looked up things they didn't know the answers to. We haven't yet bought since we are still thinking it over, but it was nice to be able to try out strollers firsthand (and check out the other stuff at the store). Prices are relatively reasonable too, especially when compared to other baby stores or online buying. If you want firsthand experience with baby products, and if you want helpful advice from employees, do check this place out.

I dont wanna pay high price for defected stuff with bad quality. But when I came to the store the cashier called the "chief" of this store who was very rude and unfriendly. After explaining why I am reurning the stuff he just refused to listen and return or to give money back. He even called me for a lier and dumbass infront of my child. I was shocked. I could not speak further with him cause he just called me for nigger and walked away. I did not get my money back.Just a "gutshein"/ voucher to buy something else which I dont want to. I asked the cashier for his name cause I want to speak with his boss to complain. His name was Robert Völker who presented himself for a chief of all Babyone stores in Berlin. I wanna find the highest boss of him. Because he cant just Offend customers like that and be rude. He need to be fired. Fire the Robert Völker from Babyone.
