this store sells babystuff very expensive and some things we bought were defect and thats why I…read moreneed to return them to get my money back. I dont wanna pay high price for defected stuff with bad quality. But when I came to the store the cashier called the "chief" of this store who was very rude and unfriendly. After explaining why I am reurning the stuff he just refused to listen and return or to give money back. He even called me for a lier and dumbass infront of my child. I was shocked. I could not speak further with him cause he just called me for nigger and walked away. I did not get my money back.Just a "gutshein"/ voucher to buy something else which I dont want to. I asked the cashier for his name cause I want to speak with his boss to complain. His name was Robert Völker who presented himself for a chief of all Babyone stores in Berlin. I wanna find the highest boss of him. Because he cant just Offend customers like that and be rude. He need to be fired. Fire the Robert Völker from Babyone.
