On a recent outing to nearby Bauhaus and IKEA, we realized there was a baby store in the same…read moreparking lot, so we altered our plans to include a visit here, in order to get the lowdown on the stroller situation. Especially as we're expecting our first in a couple months, we knew we shouldn't put off stroller shopping until after the birth. We wandered around, checking out the models and trying them out. At some point, an employee came and asked if we had any questions, and was able to show us different features of strollers and how to break them down, change the seats, etc. At no point were we hassled or did they try to upsell us, which was particularly nice. Instead, they patiently answered our questions and looked up things they didn't know the answers to. We haven't yet bought since we are still thinking it over, but it was nice to be able to try out strollers firsthand (and check out the other stuff at the store). Prices are relatively reasonable too, especially when compared to other baby stores or online buying. If you want firsthand experience with baby products, and if you want helpful advice from employees, do check this place out.

The prices may not always be the very cheapest but the range of products is huge and it seems like there's always something on sale. They also have trolleys and a separate, large shoe store. The clothing store was quite full as we visited (it got a bit crammed) but the staff was friendly and they spoke English. We spent a bit too much money here because we couldn't help ourselves. ;) Guaranteed Berlin visit for us from now on!
