Tam was extremely patient with me and provided so much guidance. From menu selection to quantities, she helped every step of the way. The day of the event there were a few issues - traffic delays and such that can't be controlled - and she handled all of it like a pro. It made me feel calm knowing she was taking care of it so I could focus on the guests. The best part? The food.
