We purchased our vehicle from McGee 18 months ago and recently had to have it serviced for recalls…read moreand a few items we needed fixed. We live an hour from the dealership. McGee graciously brought a loaner car to me, picked up my car, had it for a few days to fix everything, then delivered it back to me. They provided updates along the way and were very professional. This certainly beats the treatment I got from our local Hyundai dealership, McGovern in Concord, when we called to schedule the work. They wanted $500 out of the gate JUST TO LOOK AT MY CAR, then I would be charged extra for anything that wasn't covered under warranty, as he explained every reason it wouldn't be covered under warranty - - as if preparing me that they would charge any way regardless if it was warranty work or not. We have 2025 Hyundai Palisade, under warranty, with an extended warranty... and it was going to cost me $500 just for them to look at it. So grateful we, as customers, have a choice about where we buy and service our cars. Thank you McGee of Lebanon.

If I could leave zero stars i would. Our 2022 Hyundai Tuscon needed to have the heater box…read morereplaced. We brought the car in March for service. Service told us they do not have the part and have to order. So said part was ordered and come to find out there are 4 different ones so finding one for our car is going to be hard to get. We have a loaner car it starts to act up and was told to bring it to the dealership. We do and they give us a Hyundai Santa Fe. It was dirty. So it is brought to their attention so they give us the Santa Cruz. That car is disgusting. It looked like soda was spilled over the seats and a booger on the center console. While waiting cars to be "cleaned". We see our car in the parking lot. It's been unlocked. We about had a heart attack because it looked like it was a parts car. Took pictures because this was unbelievable that a customer's car would be treated so poorly. The head rests were out in the elements. The passenger seat is just gone. The dash and everything is ripped out in the front. You can clearly see that a metal tool was used to pry off the plastic. The personal items are just thrown in the back. The subwoofer that was in the way back is scratched because stuff was thrown on it. The service manager is a joke. She rolls her eyes at the customer who clearly has a reason to be unhappy. This dealership needs a refresher course in how to provide outstanding customer service support. Weeks later the car is "fixed". Go to see the car with management. They are ordering parts for the parts that were scratched. We are still finding more things messed up. The next day it seems like management has just washed their hands of this issue. They would rather just write a check instead of resolving the issue correctly. We were told when the other things we found wrong we were told this isn't an open check book. We didn't expect our vehicle to get destroyed while being serviced. I just hope the happy customers who bought cars don't ever need to have anything major fixed on it. They will destroy your property and try to pay you to go away. Signed very unhappy customers!

I recently had a horrible service experience…read more I called to schedule an appointment and told them that I have the VW care maintenance plan and needed to schedule the recommended maintenance and an oil change (the oil change needed notification popped up on my car). I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and alignment. There was no mention that the recommended maintenance would not be covered by the MAINTENANCE plan. I let them know that I would pick the car up after work that day, around 7pm. There was no mention that that would be an issue. On Wednesday 8/12, I dropped my car off in the morning before my shift. On the slip, I wrote that I would pick the car up at noon if it was ready, otherwise I would pick it up after 7. I called during my lunch break at noon and they said it would not be ready. I reiterated that I have the maintenance plan to pay for the services. There was no mention that the services were not covered. I again told them I would pick the car up after work, after 7. They told me the keys would be left in the car with the paperwork when I came to pick it up. A bit after 7, I arrived to pick my car up. There was nobody there except for one mechanic. My car had been locked and the mechanic could not find the keys. I was stranded in a parking lot for 45 minutes while a family member brought the spare key so I could finally go home. While I was waiting, I saw that I had a voicemail from them that I missed because I was working (which I had told them I would be 3 times by then). The voicemail made no mention of payment needed. The next day, I received a voicemail that they heard I was able to pick up my car last night and I needed to call back to "settle up." I returned to the dealership to pick up my key that they still had. I was then told that I had to pay $130 for services that I thought would be covered under my maintenance plan before they could give me my key back. Again, it was NEVER mentioned that the recommended maintenance services would not be covered under the maintenance plan when I scheduled the appointment or when I checked in to see if my car was ready. The only service that was covered was the oil change. The "solution" to their "disconnect" was to sign me up for text messages, so that next time I was working and could not answer the phone, they could just text me instead. Extremely unacceptable solution to making a customer wait in a parking lot while it was getting dark and wasting over an hour of my time after a long shift. The GM knows about this incident and has not reached out to offer an acceptable solution or to apologize, which just goes to show how much they care about their customers. I am thoroughly disappointed by the experience I had with them. My service and that of my family and friends will be going elsewhere from now on.

Only gets one star becasue negative numbers aren't possible…read more I'm not sure if the place is built on a cursed native burial ground, a pet cemetery or a toxic waste dump... maybe all three, but when they took 'Miller' off the sign the stench remains. NO ONE in the Upper Valley has a good Miller story. Snow tire quote for new EV, $1800 Same tires from dealer in Keene NH, $1500. VW makes a good car, Miller has TERRIBLE 'service'. After MULTIPLE terrible service interactions with the dealer for our Volvo, I am no longer a customer and will get my car serviced elsewhere. Buy all the VW's you want, but get them serviced somewhere else! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I did my homework and started my vehicle hunt two weeks before my purchase. I visited five different dealerships on-line comparing vehicles and prices in both NH and VT. I received a great price offer from a dealer in NH and I was pretty sure I was going to purchase that vehicle but I thought I would try White River to see what they could offer. After a quick and easy volley of emails and one or two telephone calls I made an appointment to meet With Alexis. It's great when you get what you want for a price that you believe is reasonable. There were no gimmicks or hidden surprises. Alexis made it easy. So, thank you Alexis and thank you White River Toyota. I got a great vehicle for a great price and the time between my initial visit and when I drove the vehicle off the lot was minimal. I basically purchased my vehicle on a hand-held device!

They broke my door on my driver side when that wasn't even in the same area as the thing they were fixing. Instead of admitting wrong, or even trying to upsell a new blower motor they just put it back together broken and gave it to me. I've noticed a lot of people in reviews saying their service department sucks, that's a major understatement. Unsure what's going on with this service department but I'm taking my fleet of 10 Toyotas elsewhere to get worked on. Will not be returning. Below I showed videos of the ac leaking, the motor bearing whining, and the door they somehow broke. For reference. BEWARE!!!!!!!
