Our most recent purchase had a lot of unique aspects to it, and the entire Finch Real Estate team supported us every step of the way. They helped us do our due diligence, answered all of our intricate questions, and for anything they didn't know, they helped us track down the answers. Some of the things that I love about working with the Finch Real Estate team is that the relationship doesn't end when the transaction is complete, and their customer service charm stands out above the rest. When you become a client of the Finch Real Estate team, you become part of their family. This team has helped us celebrate milestone moments in our lives, (such as adding a puppy to family), hosted family-oriented events that we've attended and made memories and even sent reminders on homestead exemption deadlines long after our purchase, which I would have missed otherwise. I can't say enough good things about this entire team! Amber, Liza, Leigh, and Megan, are all amazing humans, and I am truly a forever client.

Anne-Marie met with us after 5 during the week and took the time to explain the homebuying process and answers several of our questions. We were given a packet with all of this information and during the meeting there was absolutely no pressure to try and find a house quickly- and we didn't. Over the next couple of months Ann-Marie's patience really shown through. The wife and I found houses here and there, on zillow and through the miller group platform, that we wanted to look at- sometimes we'd only see one house after Anne-Marie meeting use 30-40 miles away from her office, only because it's the only one we wanted to look at. We did this until early March when we finally found the house we wanted. Anne-Marie gave us solid advice for submitting our offer that I am 100 percent sure led to our offer being picked by the seller. The closing process was smooth and Anne-Marie/the Miller Group really stayed on top of everything. I would not hesitate to work with Anne-Marie again.

Lindsey is probably the most knowledgeable realtor in New Smyrna Beach and a valuable asset for…read moreanyone looking for a home (or looking to list one). I was looking in New Smyrna Beach for a 2nd home, preferably with 3 BR/2 Bath minimum, a pool, and walking distance from the beach. I wanted a realtor who lived their whole life in town, and not a transplant realtor from the North. I wanted someone who knew every inch of the beach front areas in town to advise on where there was less likely an impact from hurricane surge waters and flooding. Lindsey fit the bill. She was a second generation resident of New Smyrna Beach, and was a walking encyclopedia of every section of town (block by block). Lindsey has a strong work ethic and attention to detail, something she acquired from her athletic career as a world class surfer. Her advice was spot-on to us regarding pros and cons of various listings, and the market price. In a competitive market where demand exceeded inventory, a buyer had to move fast and make an accurate decision on the offer price. With multiple offers common place, there was no room for error. Lindsey came through with flying colors for us, and we obtained the house we wanted in spite of multiple offers. If we lost the house of our choice, we would have had to pay about $75K extra for a comparable property. Additionally, when our national mortgage company did not provide the customer service we needed, Lindsey recommended several local mortgage providers and we used one of them (obtaining better terms than our original choice). Lindsey provided outstanding post-sale assistance with inspections, recommending various service providers, and helping us several times when we were out of town and needed someone to stop by the house. I am pleased to provide my highest recommendation to Lindsey Baldwin as a realtor who will exceed your expectations.

Lindsey Baldwin came highly recommended by a friend of ours so we gave her a call. Since we live out of town our visits to NSB were limited. Each time we came to town to house hunt Lindsey was incredibly organized. She understood exactly what we were looking for. We extended an offer on a house while we were driving to Texas on vacation. Lindsey went out of her way to make every available accommodation to us while we were on the road. She even went on vacation herself at one point and was still very responsive to our emails. I have recommended her to my parents as they are considering buying a condo in the area.
