I've tried quite a few of their menu items, including the wurst sampler, several of their schnitzels, the potato pancakes, and the gulasch. Everything has always been great! They've got a nice beer selection too, featuring most of your German favorites. Parking is definitely not the best, and I could see it being troublesome when the place gets busy, but I've somehow managed to snag front-row parking every time I've visited. I've had different servers on each visit, but they've always been attentive and accommodating. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owner a few times, and he's always been incredibly friendly. I've really enjoyed chatting with him about German culture and food. All in all, this place is a little taste of Germany that's well worth the drive. Great food, great beer, and genuine hospitality. What more could you ask for? Prost!

First time on Father's Day for lunch and we had a great experience!…read more The place is small, clean, and cozy. A fun casual atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were super kind with my toddler and amicable with us. The food was delicious. We ordered the sausage sampler with potato salad and also tried the schnitzel sandwich. I was surprised by the portions and the quality of the bread and sauerkraut. So good that we ordered another portion of sauerkraut! Fries came out hot and crispy. We honestly enjoyed all the food. The beers were cold, but my only complaint is that they were out of a few of the draft options. I understand it's Sunday, but that was a bit of a negative. However, we got a draft beer and a bottled beer, and both were fantastic. Parking could be challenging on busy days, but on this occasion we had easy free street parking. Free is very rare thing in Miami. They have happy hour deals every day. I believe around 3 PM. I need to come back to check that out. I saw a sign for Tuesday all-day happy hour and $5 brats. That's a deal! Overall, a great German restaurant with delicious food, friendly staff, cold beer, TV screens for sports and homey ambiance.

There's live music and a fun atmosphere. The dishes are also shareable and came out quickly. We started with some German lagers and then soup/salad. The potato soup was thick and rich. The red cabbage and mashed potatoes were great sides. The sausage platter was good and there was a nice variety of savory and semi sweet sausages. The Bavarian lamb shank was huge and definitely for sharing. It was a good balance of salty, lean and fatty. For $40 MP that night, it was a bargain. Will definitely be back for more.

One friend also had a bowl of mushroom and Brie soup, and another ordered a side Caesar. Everything was fantastic. The salads were fresh and flavorful, and the schnitzel was excellent. The mushroom gravy that came with the schnitzel had a subtle wine flavor--so good that I already know I'll be ordering it again next time.

This restaurant met one out of two requirements which is an automatic pass! I did a random search on Uber Eats for "schnitzel" and not expecting anything to pop up (other than that really expensive place in the Gables), I was surprised that I stumbled upon Epic Eats. And it was very close to me! Their menu looked tasty- a modern twist on German classics. I gave myself a high-five when I saw you could also order curry ketchup. . . By the bottle! I ordered a Bavarian burger and it was delicious! The pretzel bun was le yum, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were so, so, fresh. The food arrived nicely packaged. I also ordered a lemonade CBD infused drink. I'm so glad I came across this place, but I'm disappointed I wasn't the first to review :(. I can't wait to try other items on the menu. To the owners: thank you for the good German food. You are a unicorn in a field of horses, especially in Miami. Please consider curry powder for the fries, and if you ever made a spaetzel (sp?) side, I would order and eat ALL of it. I will spread the love to all my foodie friends.
