The Best Dentist Office Around!…read more Dr.Harrison is a phenomenal doctor; she's detailed, efficient, and has a human centered approach in her communication. I always feel comfortable and safe with Dr.Harrison, and I don't typically feel that way with Dentists. The staff is also phenomenal. Megan and Jess, who run the office, and super friendly and accommodating. They always try to work me in the schedule when there is an emergency. They text back and forth which is convenient for me. I get auto-reminders before and the day of the appointments. It's a great experience and these two are a big reason why. Susie, Becky, and Kim and three of the dental hygienists that I've worked with over the past few years. They also contribute to this special culture here. No time is wasted in my appointments because these 3 are always on their game. I know there are other hygienists and I can guarantee if they work in this office, they are good at what they do. What I particularly appreciate about this office is the culture and the way people treat each other. When you add that on top of excellent dentistry, there is not much more you can ask for. I highly recommended this office.

Dr Harrison took the time to explain the procedure and show a photo to me if my tooth that was taken with a small camera in seconds. As it turned out, no further treatment was required. Let me start by saying it was a wonderful experience from start to finish at Puredontics …read more I first started with the now Dr. Winship when he was a student at Tufts School of Dentistry. When I first met Dr. Winship at Tufts he was as now, a very polite and professional individual. He takes the time to get to know you and your oral care needs. At Tufts he assisted in installing 2 implants and making me a new crown. All went flawless. A great experience at Tufts and with Dr. Winship. I now needed some cosmetic work on my front teeth. I contacted Dr.Winship and he informed me not only is he attending graduate school at Tufts he is now working Saturday's at Puredontics with Dr. Posada. Living in Nashua it's a bit of a drive to Portsmouth but with the great experiences I've been having with Dr. Winship I decided it's worth the drive. From the time the elevator doors opened and I entered the office I just knew it was going to be a great visit. A very clean and modern facility with all modern equipment. After discussing what needed to be done and before the procedure began Dr. Winship applied coconut oil to my lips to prevent any drying/chapping during my procedure. WOW! Never in my 60 years of going to the dentist has anyone ever done that. I was so impressed with having Dr. Posada assist Dr. Winship during my procedure. As I mentioned at the beginning, a wonderful wonderful experience. I'm sure if you are bringing your children in or your an adult, you will be extremely glad you are getting your dental care done at Puredontics!

I witnessed the equipment getting wiped down between patients. Most importantly, was the professionalism and kindness of the hygienists and Dr. Posada. My daughter and I both felt very comfortable with the hygienist - she explained things very well and spoke to my daughter instead of me when appropriate. Dr. Posada addressed my concerns thoroughly. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this office.

Be aware when you are dealing with these people…read more I had been going here for years with no real issue. Recently I ended up in a back and forth over whether or not my child was allowed to have an afternoon appointment. This had never been an issue before but he used to be scared and need me to sit with him. Early on I had to restrain himbut the last couple of times he was fine with me just sitting with him. At his last appointment they had him sit in the chair alone for a while and he did great. So imagine my surprise when I got a call saying they could no longer do an afternoon because he had difficulties. I am unable to do mornings so this was a big issue. I finally told them I would just go elsewhere. They worked it out with me in the end but only after some back and forth. Today I got notified of a $200 charge on my card that they had self authorized. From my appointment in June. When I called they said they had sent me email notifications for their portal which I did not receive. So, instead of calling me they just charged my card. And then they had the nerve to argue it with me. By allowing them to keep the card on file I had somehow authorized them to charge it as needed? Absurd. (When pressed they gave me a quick breakdown of what was not covered by insurance but I had to call the insurance comapny to find out details.) And the whole time I got the "polite" but you are the one in the wrong attitude. Needless to say that I am done. In a general sense the people/dentists here are nice. I really just can't deal with how they run the business though. I just spent my whole lunch break today figuring this issue out.

I recently took two young children to Dr. Lindi for their first dentist appointment and cannot find…read moreenough superlatives to describe the experience! The appointments involved cleaning and x-rays, and a second appointment involved fillings. Dr. Lindi's skills and technique were superb. Everything from the comfortable chairs for the children to the cleaning and drill equipment were state of the art. Her use of calming aids and mastery of the equipment made fillings a painless experience. In addition to her technical skills, her bedside (chairside?) manner was soothing, calming, and reassuring. During the entire appointment, she spoke softly to the children, encouraging them, and telling them how good and special they were. At our first visit, there was time for only one of the children to be seen, and the second child was almost in tears because he didn't get his exam that day! The wide selection of videos during treatment provides entertainment. Now they both like to go to the dentist! Her combination of technical expertise and empathetic manner should be a model for all medical personnel. The long-term benefit is that, as children, they are made to feel special and are encouraged to care for their teeth. Being Dr. Lindi's patient as a child increases the likelihood that, as an adult, that person will appreciate the importance of lifetime dental care, because they are worth it. I should also mention that every person in the office, from the receptionist, to office personnel, to hygienists, to dental assistants, were professional and followed the same high standards as Dr. Lindi. Thank you, Dr. Lindi and staff.

This review is coming from someone who has had anxiety and dental phobias for years, so much so…read morethat I hadn't gone, even to get a cleaning, in about 5 years. I've since visted GFD twice in the past two weeks. Professional, check. Knowledgeable, check. Friendly, check. Gentle, check. Relatable, check. Above all of that, I kid you not, this place is a nice day at the park. From the moment you walk in the door it's like being welcomed in by long time friends. Then before you know it (if you're emotionally open for it of course), you realize you've found yourself in a comedy club, smiles and laughter abound and the positive energy is just everywhere. Enter the space with "the chair", the once anxiety producing object carries only a relaxing welcome here. More friendly and helpful faces talk you through everything, the chair goes back and the concert begins. Yes you read right, concert. There is no time to feel nervous when you feel like you're in such good hands, you can just enjoy the show. The staff are so in tune with each other it's like watching a dance happen above you. You've got you're "safe gesture" since you can't have a safe word, and your comfort is checked in with frequently. I thought for sure I was going to request Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) for my procedure today but Bei Li was so gentle, I didn't even feel the Novocaine. Like an hour at the spa, I had to resist closing my eyes to complete the relaxation for fear that they may have thought I'd passed-out. Bonus, as genuine as they are in their interest and care of you, they don't ask you questions that require long answers WHILE they are working in your mouth. B O N U S. Never in my life have I felt so taken care of, welcomed, and relaxed at dental appointments. I feel like I have new friends and I actually look forward to going in to see them again. This place WILL change the way you experience dentistry.
