In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. Before I get into it, though, I would like to summarize (for those in a hurry / TL;DR) that I am extremely pleased with the experience. Joe keeps his units more than reasonably priced - they are ultra-competitive with the industry standard. Once leased up, Joe and Jackie (his Assistant) have been highly responsive with any maintenance requests. They have had their maintenance team out to look at/repair things within one business day on every single occasion over 7 years. Further, they have replaced appliances as needed, and have no problem having a crew that will honestly appraise whatever situation I am dealing with - they do not eschew sound judgment in favor of penny-pinching. Joe himself, as has been pointed out by others, is not the most jovial of fellows. But what Joe is, and what he does, is better. Joe is a conscientious business owner who operates with complete integrity. He looks you in the eye, only says what he means, and means every word he says. One of life's lessons is that you cannot afford to partner with anyone who fails to operate in that way - particularly when it comes to where you decide to call 'home'. And once you are in, Joe will take care of you. Problem neighbor? They will deal with it. Security concern? They're on it. You get the picture. If my review makes it sound as though there are non-stop 'issues' in my building, that is not at all the case. Phone calls to the office are very rare - the building is quiet, secure, and clean. I am comfortable having my family here, which I would never compromise. If you need anything, you will not lack for help in having your issue remedied. Joe and Jackie run a fair and transparent business, which may be a bit of a dying art in today's age.

Gina Brama is the individual assigned by Property Care to oversee our HOA needs. The quality of her…read moreservice is sub par at best. She does not fully read emails sent to her to understand the concern at hand. I'm fed up with it. This is only 1 of several instances: my email to Gina on 5/2/25-"Why am I getting a late courtesy notice. I have automatic withdrawal and you have been taking out the correct amounts." I attached a copy of the late notice sent to me in the email. Gina's response to me on 5/2/25-"Good evening! You have a $593 balance, hence the late notice. Please find your ledger attached, which you can also view on the portal. Thank you and have a good rest of the night!" So she essentially sent me what I had already attached in the email. She did not answer my question which was "why am I getting a late notice when I have this set up on the portal to systematically withdrawal from my credit card. This was working fine Jan-April." What changed? I responded to her email by telling her that she once again did not answer my question. I then asked her to have the financial department reach out to me to resolve. It was resolved by Mary in accounting (who is fabulous) within a few minutes via a phone call. Yes, phone calls work better than email. Gina needs to go. She adds no value. I don't want to hear that she is spread thin and handles a dozen other HOAs. That is on property care.

And for Aaroosh to be appalled by the negative reviews is just hilarious. We asked to meet with Aaroosh and he always had an excuse as to why he was unavailable. The tenants ended up finding our contact info and reaching out because Aaroosh was MIA. Thank God for good, ethic tenants or we would've been screwed. Your best bet is to believe all the horrible reviews because each one is TRUE!!! He's a fraud and vacationing is his priority. Believe Peter, Sunny, and whoever else posted a negative review. Your home is a major investment. Don't waste your time with this fraud.

When we moved in to our Saint Paul rental back in 2020, the previous tenant had just moved out an hour prior and it was disgusting. We were told to call a cleaner or do it ourselves. Being the summer of Covid during George Floyd protests, we had to do it ourselves and let me tell you... the amount of hair, cigarette butts, grime, etc was appalling. We were compensated $200 for our labor. Aroosh left the company and Tyler took over. Way more professional and responsive, we were hopeful things would get better. I'm sure for property owners, he's great, but we were screwed upon move out and got only $57 back from our deposit. Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! We did not have fleas and left that place 100x cleaner than how it was received. Renters, beware. Another company to nickel and dime you when it's time to move out, and not take care of the most basic things. Property owners, if you care about finding and keeping quality renters, do not hire them.

They lack organization and failed to communicate important issues to the owner when there were serious problems. The apartments may look nice but they are made of low grade materials and the appearance is a lie. The owners of trikin come off as really nice and easy to work with but in reality they care just as much as their crappy uneducated rude staff are and are only interested in the money. They lie and tell you that you can call or submit requests whenever and fail to act and try to charge you more for amenities that were listed in your lease. Please please don't waste your time with this company they are slim lords and don't care about their renters!!!

A bedroom window was broken prior to moving in and it took 3 months to fully repair. I had a piece of plywood for a window through the whole month of July upping my energy bill and no refund was given. Mold in the basement was never treated and 3 of the tenants were/are ill from the mold. Overall, this company moves to their own beat and doesn't care about their tenants. If you're debating on going through this property management company I'd advice you to stay away.

I lived at 1154 lawson for 2 years first few months lights went out went to change the bulbs and…read morewala it wasn't bulbs that was to be used like normal lights looked like some type of wire light or from when maybe the house was first built I brought lamps door handles kept falling off first few months of living there the bathroom door was stapled together where it is off at eventually it came off and it wasn't even the same the like rest of the door the fridge didn't have a handle and it kept leaking water on the inside and outside of the fridge the basement they threw paint everywhere and being when I washed and dried the clothes the paint got to bubble from the dryer and the humidity from the dryer running I'm trying to figure out where is 10,000$ in damages the ceiling in the dining room kept falling apart it was some type of styrofoam the floors were already terrible and I didn't get to see the place until the day I moved in first red flag the windows steady cracked due to the house is old and they charged me every time they came to fix them they would crack due to so hard to close them summer time especially winter didn't matter im sure they still that way I lived there 2020-2022 I went to the office today to ask for receipts for the 10,000$ repairs and Ms Hernandez looked like she seen a ghost when I said my name I believe they are trying to get over on me I'm going to that house and I want to see the difference because why am I being charged 10,000$ I'm sure they piece it together for them as well I seen roaches when I moved in I told them this I had roach traps and spray them mice stayed coming through the cracks of the house that's probably why it was so cold during the winter the heat barely worked I changed the filter the heat stopped working i just bought space heaters the walls were half way painted all the door handles kept falling off they charged every time they came out to do anything fix anything they are a scam and including the people working with them Midwest resale saying he was a lawyer or something like that said i owed 10,000 and of course I agreed to pay due to I needed another place to move and I didn't want a judgment on me make it hard for me and my son to move elsewhere so yall watch out for these companies they want you to pay for other more properties due to they threw crap cheap stuff in the house they rented out I washed the walls down because I had cats and dogs and the roaches leave behind some black crap said the house reeked of pet feces like ok my cat sprayed here and there and I had dogs but 10,000$ I'm a speak to my paralegal and see if I can sue if they don't come with I asked for I'm not about to keep paying the guy from midwest resale was so rude until I agreed to make payments every 2 weeks people are a joke I almost forgot about they painted the tub with paint for walls when I took my first bath paint was in my bath water I scraped the paint and it was a yellow ruff spot that they threw paint over Lord now that I'm moved I'm ready to go against the scammers and the jokes they thought they were going to put on me Ma Hernandez girl its ok you didn't see a ghost today send me receipts immediately please and thank you
