Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

Before I get into it, though, I would like to summarize (for those in a hurry / TL;DR) that I am extremely pleased with the experience. Joe keeps his units more than reasonably priced - they are ultra-competitive with the industry standard. Once leased up, Joe and Jackie (his Assistant) have been highly responsive with any maintenance requests. They have had their maintenance team out to look at/repair things within one business day on every single occasion over 7 years. Further, they have replaced appliances as needed, and have no problem having a crew that will honestly appraise whatever situation I am dealing with - they do not eschew sound judgment in favor of penny-pinching. Joe himself, as has been pointed out by others, is not the most jovial of fellows. But what Joe is, and what he does, is better. Joe is a conscientious business owner who operates with complete integrity. He looks you in the eye, only says what he means, and means every word he says. One of life's lessons is that you cannot afford to partner with anyone who fails to operate in that way - particularly when it comes to where you decide to call 'home'. And once you are in, Joe will take care of you. Problem neighbor? They will deal with it. Security concern? They're on it. You get the picture. If my review makes it sound as though there are non-stop 'issues' in my building, that is not at all the case. Phone calls to the office are very rare - the building is quiet, secure, and clean. I am comfortable having my family here, which I would never compromise. If you need anything, you will not lack for help in having your issue remedied. Joe and Jackie run a fair and transparent business, which may be a bit of a dying art in today's age.

If an individual homeowner needs to complete a repair, they are notified separately. There are some patios in need of repair and estimates will be obtained for those repairs. We didn't receive any further notice on the patios as to who those homeowners were, what needed to be done, or the costs associated. Then two months later, 8/17/26, they informed us that 25 home owners are responsible for repairs and/or replacement of patios to be completed by 12/31/26. First off, cement repairs such os this need to be completed LONG before 12/31/26 in MN...dah. October is pushing it. So, that leaves us less than 90 days to come up with approx $1,300 each to complete the repairs to our patios. Some homeowners need full patio replacements at a much higher cost to them. This community is retirees with people on fixed incomes. We should have been notified much sooner then this to plan financially. There is no excuse for this.

It was rented by Feb 1. Aaroosh (the owner) helped me determine a rental price and then got my listing up quickly. Service was great, but had a few minor issues. Aaroosh is sometimes hard to reach by phone, emails and texts work a lot better but if you are not used to that kind of communication it might be tough. They are not a huge company which is nice because I have a direct contact but sometimes if they are busy it might take 24-48 hours for a response. I cannot say enough good things about the service and quality they have provided to me as a landlord. I was with a different property management company (that I will not name here) for 8.5 years and got horrible service. Very poor vetting of tenants. No help going after unpaid rent. No help enforcing lease provisions. The prior company was awful. After getting zero support from the prior company to evict a tenant for being multiple months late on rent and for having a marijuana farm in the basement, I made the switch to ProRealty after vetting about a half-dozen other companies, including reference checks. Night and day difference! The staff from Pro is professional, timely in communication, there when I need them. When there are maintenance issues, Pro handles it and only reaches out to me if it is above a pre-agreed upon threshold. When maintenance has been needed, their contractors do good work and it has been very fairly priced. I've only had one set of tenants with Pro, but the vetting was phenomenal. Three young professionals who left the house in immaculate condition upon their move out. And Pro had new tenants ready to go in less than a week and a half after the previous tenants moved out. Having Pro Realty manage my property for me is the closest this rental has ever been to "mailbox money". My wife even shared that she almost forgot we owned a rental given how little we've had to do with it in the past year. Yes, Pro is more expensive than the other company, but not by much. And I am getting so much more value for my management fee than I ever did from the prior company.
