I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.

Working with the insurance provider I was warned going with a shop that was not one of their preferred vendors could leave me open to covering the costs of the damage, but I would not trust repairing my vehicle with anyone else but Trident. They were prompt to get my vehicle in quickly, amongst the many other clients they serve, and diagnose not only the visible damage to my vehicle but also the less obvious but equally critical parts. They also handle correspondence back and forth with insurance and are properly able to work with insurance to cover all the damage when the initial estimate wouldn't even cover half of it. Erin and her team are always quick to provide me updates on what is going on with the car now, tomorrow and how soon it can be back on the road. While its never fun having your car in the shop, you cannot find better service than with Erin and her team at Trident Collision!

They walked me thru the ins & outs of the insurance process and kept me updated all along the way. Kevin Keith met us at the dealership and immediately made us feel welcome. He was professional but never pushy and quickly arranged for us to see the cars we were interested in. After the drive Mr. Keith gathered our numbers and moved the transaction for the one we decided on to the proper personnel while making sure this vehicle was ready, clean and gassed for us. All in all the entire experience was quick, professional and friendly. I have already encouraged friends to do business with Kissee and Mr. Kevin Keith for their new or used car business.

I would not recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. In 2021, I paid $2,500 to have my entire AC…read moreunit replaced. They gave me a 36,000-mile or 3-year warranty--which I hit right on time since I drive about 20,000 miles a year for work. My AC went out in October 2024, just a few months after the warranty expired in June. When I brought it back in, they told me the warranty was up and quoted me $1,500 to fix the same system they had already replaced just three years earlier. The guys up front were nice, but honestly, it felt fake. I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. When I took my car somewhere else, that mechanic suggested I call Christian Brothers back to see if any of the parts were under warranty, since many AC parts typically come with a lifetime guarantee. But Christian Brothers told me none of the parts were covered because they buy from a wholesaler that doesn't offer those kinds of warranties. The bottom line: they charge premium prices, the work doesn't last, and they don't stand behind what they sell. I won't be going back.

I cannot tell y'all enough how much I appreciate this body shop and their hard work…read more The turnaround on everything I've needed from them has been fantastic. Months ago, I came in looking for help with my seat's electric switch. They didn't have the part in and had to order it over the weekend, but in the meantime they manually moved my chair to a comfortable place for me free of charge. That's a lot of trust for a small business, I could have driven off and not come back because I was "happy" with where the seat was. But I knew right then that I'd be coming back. The front office (a husband and wife, the owners) are so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I've never once felt pressured to do a specific service at a certain time. My brakes have been grinding and they got me in ASAP and the turnaround was just a few hours! The prices are fair and the facilities rock. Definitely grab a handful of M&Ms and some coffee if that's your thing. If you're looking for body or mechanic work, consider American Autobody.
