After multiple attempts I was unable to contact them, guessing they were closed as no one ever answered the phone. Then I was finally contacted by a lady named Louise and told that they would be charging me a $240 STORAGE FEE. So they wanted me to drive in the middle of an ICE/SNOW STORM to pick up my vehicle from their CLOSED location. Thanks.

For one, when I dropped my car off I asked for a time estimate and was told "I don't know." That was the sum total of information provided. I waited 5 days without any updates. I then called them and requested some info on progress. It happened to be ready, so I went in to pick it up. Not a huge issue and I don't believe this is their usual way of communicating. At that point I still would have said they were perfect. However, here's where they REALLY lost their perfect score: the employee who informed me my car was ready should have communicated to me that if I planned to pay by credit card there would be a 3.5% surcharge. I arrived with only my credit card and no checks. That's when I saw the little sign on th e desk "communicating" the new payment policy. This can be a big additional charge in a body shop! I paid an additional $65 because I had a small repair, but this could be a big if you had extensive work done. Hopefully, this communication of mine helps you avoid my fate!
