I bought a car from Joe Cooper dealership...after 1 month, the rear view mirror fell off. I texted and called the dealership but they never got back to me. Won't be recommending them. I had to have my suv towed and requested the service through my service carrier (AAA), they sent Dunlap Towing to my location. My service tech was very diverse in his towing knowledge. He was kind, patient, courteous, and listened to me when I spoke. I made some requests and he told me his knowledge on the good and the bad for my requests. Together we made a team decision on what was the best scenario for my situation. He never made me feel inferior and didn't just cut me off or tell me he wouldn't do it. I am so impressed by their customer service and fast response times. I will be requesting them if I ever need service in the future, and will be passing their name on to my friends and family! No No No for Commercial vehicles. Never use for trucks with trailers after the wreck, because they will do whatever it takes to rip you off. They unloaded our load, so they could make more money. They hired other company to do so, and then they billed us 25% on top for calling this company. By law, yes they can do that, only if they already made payments to hired company. But in our case they didn't pay to them and did not released our cargo until they received money from us with 25% on top of the amount( $4000). I had been stranded on the side of a busy highway for over 3 hours before I was finally able to find a wrecker service to come help me. The driver from Dunlap made it to me in the time he promised, towed me into his shop, and performed the necessary maintenance to get me on my way. He was friendly, efficient, and honest. I called Randy about a car he had for sale. He said that he had the car. I told him that i was coming from out of town that i wanted to buy it. I told him that i was on my way and i had cash. I asked him if he could hold on to the car. He told me that he would. I drove about 35 miles to his shop. I get there and call randy and told him i was there for the car. He said he sold it. I reminded him that we spoke on the phone earlier and he said he would hold the car. He LIED!! He could have told me that he would not hold it; first come first serve. I wasted time and money for gas to get there to find that Randy is a liar. read more
